Unfortunately one of the worst experiences of my life. I was very excited about my stay and when I saw the rooms pictures on line I could not wait to arrive and enjoy my stay. But sadly upon arrival and checking in the horrible reality was revealed. The rooms had a horrible odor, the washrooms were not clean and the towels and sheets were horribly old and worn out. We changed the room but unfortunately the new room wasn't any better. I had never in my life seen a hotel that does not have room cleaning service daily. Nevermind daily in 4 days of stay not even once a cleaning service showed up to change the sheets, bring new towels or clean the room. I mean seriously 4 days same towel!! 😡 We asked to change the sheets and pillow cases and the guy was so rude. Oh not to forget the cocroach that was in the room it was disgusting. My suggestion to the hotel management is to improve your cleaning services, get rid of the insects and practice daily changing towels and bedding...

Rooms are clean and tidy. Location very near to Jeddah airport. Few good restaurants nearby. Stayed for one night so don't know about house keeping. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Would recommend adding few more bath towels for a 2 bed apartment and also an extra blanket as...
