Rabwat Al Safwa Hotel 7 — Hotel in Medina Province

Rooms were typical BUT we have the worst experience regarding lost property. They were inconsistent with their reasons when I came back for my item we left at our room. I know hotels keep lost properties for about a month. I came back within 14 days. First reason they said the cleaner did not surrender anything but there wasn’t even a container for lost items to check on. Then they said they called the cleaner but he went home “far away”, so when we wanted to personally speak to him thru THEIR phone they said they didn’t have the number. There were more excuses we didn’t understand from his raised voice when impolitely speaking with us. Receptionist should be polite and professional. It is a quite place and looked creepy at the start of the stay but we got used to it. Rooms were good, all the furniture is old but usable. Staff was fine, just had interaction only with Alam, who was quite helpful.
