First Impression was really good. Rooms are big and very clean. Everything was good. Service is terrible. Receptionist hardly speaks english and very hard to communicate with. I asked the reception if they do laundry service, the reception guy said its free when I asked about the price. Then I called again and another guy who speaks my language confirmed its not free but it will cost around 2 riyals if I dont want the same day delivery and it can be delivered the next day. I agreed as I wasn't in rush. The next day I collected my laundry and the very same guy now discussing something with the reception guy who doesn't speak English tells me that the laundry is 3 riyals per cloth now. I asked why didnt he tell me the real amount when I agreed for it, he couldnot answer anything he kept saying yea but now its 3 riyals and to make the payment now in the reception. I kept asking him and didnot receive any proper answer. This is pure fraud and lie and after that incident I never saw that man again. Not going to recommend this place only because of...

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible assistance we received from Abdullah during our recent stay from 22/03/25 to 23/03/25.

Unfortunately, we lost a bag containing important documents, including passports and money, which caused us a lot of distress. Abdullah went above and beyond to help us in this difficult situation. Not only did he take immediate action by contacting the police, but he also helped us by photocopying important documents and providing as much support as possible. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring we felt supported were truly appreciated.

😊السلام عليكم سكنت بتاريخ 9/12/2022 يوم الجمعه وغادرت يوم الأثنين ظهراً بتاريخ 19/12/2022 أجنحه فُندقيه رايقه الإيجار كان ب 550 غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ ودورة مياه تجربه فاخره ولله الحمد العماره جديده ولطيفه ومريحه للغايه والغرف نظيفه ورائحتها جميله الأستقبال رائع يوجد قهوه سعوديه + تمر بإنتظاركم في بهو الأجنحه لاكن يعيب المكان صراخ الأطفال ولعبهم بين الأدوار خاصة يومي الخميس والجمعه وكذالك سوالف الناس وضحكهم المتواصل علئ الهاتف أسفل نافذة غُرفتي كُل مساء لأن الجو بارد وماأشغل التكييف ف طبيعي الصوت يكون مسموع أكثر أمر مُزعج واجهني الي نومه خفيف جداً مثلي راح يسمع صوت بالشارع يتردد يومياً صباحاً بدايةً الساعه 9:08 والي نومه ثقيل لن يسمعه من حُسن حضه صوت سيارة الغاز راح تسمعه بصوت مرتفع ومتكرر علئ مدار اليوم

أشكر الموظفين جميعاً الخلوقين السعوديين علئ حُسن أستقبالهم وشكر خاص للموظفه الرقيقه روان شكراً لصاحب أجنحة فريدان علئ الذوق الراقي بالشقق وعلئ تكامل الخدمات كل شي موجود غسالة ملابس وطاولة كوي ومكواة العماره موجوده في منطقه هادئه جداً لاكن يعيبها المستأجرين أنفسهم سوف تتفاجأ وانت نائم بأن هناك من يتحدث ويضحك أسفل نافذتك في وقت متأخر جداً من الليل كذالك تفاجئت بعائله غريبه نشب بينهم شجار في الليل أمام شقتنا مباشره الله يهديهم قوموني من النوم في الصباح الباكر راح تلاقي 4 حبات عبوات ماء بجانب باب شقتك الصيانه تجي فوراً إستجابه سريعه بمجرد طلبها لاكن الموظف الهندي اسمه مستر مزاجي جداً بالتعامل أسلوبه غير لبق باقي الموظفين الهنود ماعليهم مؤدبين يوجد مواقف الأجنحه قريبه جداً من الحرم المدني 9دقائق ومن المرافق أدراج المطبخ فيها رائحه غريبه وخاليه جداً من الأواني يوجد غلايه ومايكرويف وفرن كهربائي إهتمام بأدق التفاصيل تلفاز حديث ومتطور يُتيح لك تشغيل اليوتيوب علئ هذا شاشة البلازما لهذا التلفزيون الذكي لأنه مُحمل تلقائياً عليه يوجد سلبر خاص وفوط مناشف للأستحمام وشامبو وبلسم وصابون مغلف وجل شور للجسم وكريم الفندق إطلالته عاديه جداً علئ بيوت الحاره علئ يمينك مدرسه وبقالة وليد وعلئ يسارك صالون نسائي وعلئ بعد خطوات يوجد مخبز أفغاني ومغسلة ملابس وميني سوبر ماركت أستمتعت بإقامتي ولله الحمد لولا أن أخر أيامي تعرضت لمشكله لادخل للفندق بها لاكن لقطتها الكاميرات الخاصه بهم و أفسدت أستمتاعي بباقي أيامي الجميله بالفندق لاكن الحمدلله علئ كل...
