Relax Day Hotel — Hotel in Tabuk Province

Disaster, from morning 5 till now 9 am… there is no water, absolute disaster and we have come here for work, this ruined our entire plan and inconvenienced everything, don’t settle for this hotel ever, avoid this place, customer service is great, the Bangladesh staff who checked us in was a great guy, but the rest of the leadership here is below average, don’t care about their guests, we didn’t have much option here, else we wouldn’t book this!...

Nice place to stay with family, good location as well but zero service... requested many times service but no one show up... no amenities in the toilet, requested but not provided then the second day I bought from market myself. Breakfast included is the good option, but you have to wakeup early for this...I went 8 am and...

Made advance confirmed booking, but when reached, the person at reception said he does not have room... and then he gave keys to 3 rooms to see from... the attitude of the receptionist was not good... no towels in the rooms was informed that laundry did not bring... the room was cosy and bed...
