A lot of problems during our visit: the day we arrived, the spa worked until 18h (usually it works until 21h) and since we checked in at 19h, we couldn’t use the spa that day (there was no notification of this during the reservation process) when we did go to the spa the next day, the door to the sauna was broken, and couldn’t be opened. I had to report it and after an hour or so someone made a temporary fix that made the door semi-functional the last day, in the morning, the sauna was simply turned off, so we couldn’t use it that day either in our room the coat hanger was broken (literally falling out of the wall of we tried hanging anything on it), so we used one of the chairs for our coats one of the bathrobes we got from reception was in pretty bad condition, with seams beginning to go undone in several places no signs in the garage that tell you where to enter the hotel, you just have to guess (we weren’t the only people who got a bit lost) the restaurant is wire quite small, and there is NO NON-SMOKING AREA (in the year 2024) and because the restaurant is small, they didn’t have enough tables for everyone to sit and eat for breakfast (people were told to come back later, but we got lucky and found a table) only ONE of the two elevators were working, and the buttons for the elevator (to call it as well as the panel inside) feels cheap and you can’t tell whether it registered your input it was snowing one night, so the next morning, it iced over, so the staircase to the hotel entrance was extremely slippery and there was no sign, and this wasn’t addressed till in the afternoon (I bet someone slipped and then they decided to put the sign and start clearing the ice) there is only ONE masseur for the entire 7-floor hotel. And that masseur was on vacation during our entire stay, so we couldn’t book a massage the door to our room was hard to open, you have to pull it towards yourself first, and then open it inwards, also all doors have a door-wide metal hinge at the bottom, and it’s really easy to trip over that (there are no markings). This goes for all door including the doors to the rooms and otherwise
Good sides? looks kinda modern and nice close to the center
Overall, pick another spa hotel, Zlatibor has plenty...

Our stay at this hotel in Zlatibor was unfortunately disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff and misleading parking arrangements.
Before booking, I called the hotel to confirm whether there was dedicated parking for guests and whether spaces were reliably available. I was told that for a €7 daily fee, spots would be reserved for guests. In theory, this sounded reasonable. In reality, it was anything but. For two consecutive days, we were unable to find parking as early as 6 PM. The bigger issue wasn’t just the lack of available parking, but how poorly the situation was handled by the front desk.
When we approached the lady at reception to ask what to do, her response was shockingly dismissive. She said they “hear this every day” and “it’s not their fault” — without offering any solution. When we asked to speak to a manager (around 7 PM), she curtly told us he wasn’t available. Even worse, there was still no sign of a manager the next morning at 11 AM. Not only was the staff unapologetic, but their attitude was rude and completely lacking in professionalism.
To make matters worse, the hotel is situated directly in front of two active construction sites, which results in constant high noise levels throughout the day. If you’re looking for a relaxing environment, this is...
