We visited their spa center as non-hotel guests, and while the overall experience was pleasant, I would describe it as average.||On the positive side, the pool is definitely larger than most, and once it gets dark, there’s a cozy and intimate vibe – perfect if you’re there with your partner. Next to the pool, there’s flavored water with lemon, orange, and grapefruit for refreshment. There are three saunas – the bio sauna gets our recommendation because of its milder temperature and more relaxing atmosphere. In front of the saunas, you’ll find ice you can apply to your body to stimulate circulation, and the steam room is also nicely done. A particularly nice touch is the shower with four tropical rain modes, combined with RGB lighting – a pleasant and refreshing experience.||As for the downsides – considering it’s a luxury hotel, we expected the water to be saltwater, not just for the experience but also for hygiene reasons, especially since we saw some guests sliding barefoot through the hallways and directly entering the pool like that. The pool water could also be a bit warmer. One major disappointment was that the jacuzzi isn’t separate – it’s part of the main pool, which means it doesn’t feel like a jacuzzi at all since the water is the same temperature and there’s no real “jacuzzi” effect.||In the steam room, there was a constant tapping sound – not sure if it was coming from underneath the tiles or the pipes, but it was distracting enough to break the relaxation. Another thing that bothered us was the complete lack of background music in the pool and relaxation area – not even some soft ambient tunes like those you’d typically hear during a massage. It made the space feel a bit empty and sterile, missing the soothing atmosphere one would expect in a spa.||Finally, we believe the staff should intervene when certain guests disrupt the atmosphere. After all, this is a spa. There were people jumping into the pool, shouting, running, pushing, splashing, and even whistling – definitely not what you expect in a place meant for rest...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place , and I can confidently say that this establishment sets a new standard for the hospitality industry. From the moment I arrived, the staff's excellence and genuine warmth made an immediate impression. Their unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service was evident in every interaction, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor.
The staff's friendliness was truly remarkable (I hope their management is aware of that and cherish them accordingly). They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with a smile, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Whether it was the concierge's insightful recommendations, the housekeeping team's meticulous care, or the waitstaff's attentive service, each member of the team exemplified the very best of what hospitality should be.
In addition to the outstanding service, the food at all their restaurants was nothing short of extraordinary. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing the chef's creativity and dedication to quality. The flavors were rich and diverse, with every dish prepared to perfection. Whether enjoying a casual breakfast or a fine dining experience, the food consistently exceeded my expectations. Their sushi, the best I tasted in Serbia.
In summary, this is more than just a place to stay—it's a benchmark for the entire industry. The combination of exceptional service, warm and friendly staff, and superb cuisine makes it a destination I would recommend without hesitation. If you're looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond in every way, Bor hotel is the...
