Hotel Buket — Hotel in Cajetina Municipality

We stayed in the apartment wing of Hotel Buket as the Hotel wing was completely sold out. But in a way, it worked out better as we had an infant with us and we were able to prepare meals for her in the small kitchenette. The kitchenette had all the utensils and cutlery but we would have loved to have some basic spices, salt, sugar, coffee and tea sachets etc. (as we had to practically go and buy all the little stuff). Another small suggestion is that we had to remind them to clean the apartment couple of times.||||Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay as we were able to watch the snowfall, drink tea and coffee in the living area, our kid could play and eat in the living area of the apartment and it was so convenient. The bed was a bit small for all 3 of us but we managed it.||||The property is very close to the city center, where the children activities take place, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and grocery store were near by too. The Ski center and Gold Gondola is walking distance as well from the hotel. ||||Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay...

Totally disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ crew are totally unfriendly and totally not professional, they serve you like thay hate you, we are here 10 nights and on this period you can't see not even smile from them not even hello. On breakfast time they charge breakfast for baby with explanation today we are not on good mood and we gonna charge for baby , yesterday we was that's way we didn't charge. Which kind of professional work is that which kind of hospitality? I'm on hospitality business 15 years and I never see something like that. Me and my family are travelers and we was travel all around of the world, so bad served like this we never was. From bad thing's we learn, so now we know here on Hotel Bukek we are never come back again and we are not recommend to anyone. Worst place where...

The Hotel is nice, rooms are confortable and good quality, the few things that I didnt like are: there is no water machine next to sauna to drink the water right after you get out, I ghink that is really important for some people. There is one at the bar, but I think it would help a lot to have one at the sauna. -The food choice for dinner was a bit off, nothing special, I think it can get a lot better, and the bread wasn't fresh for dinner or breakfast. -The waiters in the restaurant are a bit slow and unfriendly in 90% of the cases. Honestly I think its a better option to pay 30-40€ more and go to the grand hotel tornik that is a lot better that this one. I stayed there the night before and liked it a lot more.
