Hotel Garni VIZURA Sport — Hotel in City of Belgrade

This is more of a 1-daisy guesthouse than a “4-star hotel.” The rooms were extremely dirty, and the exterior of the hotel wasn’t any better. The parking situation is terrible — it’s three blocks away. During the day, you can cut through a basketball court to get to your car, which is very awkward and uncomfortable, especially when carrying luggage, since there’s barely any space due to the seating. And yes, you’ll be walking past people watching an actual basketball game. Strange and not at all convenient.

The spa, which was advertised as a free hotel facility, actually costs €22 per person. In Belgrade? For a guesthouse like this? That’s absurd. I was only informed about the extra cost after I had already booked my stay.

At night, you’ll likely be confronted by an older man watching soap operas who doesn’t speak English. He yelled at us for trying to cross the basketball court to reach our car.

The food was okay, but when we arrived for breakfast at 9 AM, there was barely anything left. Apparently, a whole basketball team had just eaten eight minutes before, and the staff made no effort to restock the buffet.

The entire concept of this “hotel” feels like it was designed by a kid obsessed with basketball — on a tight budget and with zero hospitality experience. Even near the buffet area, it smelled sweaty — like a basketball gym.

This was an extremely, extremely disappointing experience. I booked this place because it was labeled as a 4-star hotel with a spa, but there was no spa access and the quality didn’t even match a 2-star experience. Unless you're a basketball player with very low expectations, I strongly recommend staying...

Hotels is minus 4 star....not zero, but really - 4...... Really, don't go there! It is not worth your money and time. Our suite Room was terrible!! Old and damaged furniture. Holes in the furniture and walls. Strong chloor smel on hallway to the room. Not sound proof windows. So all the night sound of of riding cars on really busy street. Also light coming though the sides of the curtains. Beds are terribly hard, you feel zigzag of the iron instructions in the matras. Oh.. and really dirty blankets. With urine, blood and sweat big spots. Mini refrigerator was with dust on the top and inside with crumbles and fugee. Ventilation in bathroom working loudly like an helikopter. Manager couldn't speak English. Zero understanding for our situation. Just wanna take money for nothing. No one took a look in our room and no one took our complains serious. I can not say anything good about this hotel or service. It was terrible first impression about Beograd. We we tired after sleepless night. No compensation from hotel, even no apologizes.... Really...

rooms under urgent need to be renovated, not as close as in the picture, the reception and bar are arranged Good, rooms disaster, nor did we get soap, shower gel, shampoo, kettle etc., which should be obtained in a 4-star hotel. the water didn't work in the bathroom .. tv no signal, pool on there ground floor which was 28-30 degrees, they had swimming lessons in the pool, where they told us no one can use the pool and to talk to someone at reception which we did and got told to you through some buildings and car park to get to another pool which is not even in the hotel, as to were we only stayed 5 minutes because the water was ice cold and aswell there were 3 people having swimming lessons in that pool aswell .. the only thing was breakfast was good. the bathrooms are dirty all yellow and black mould stains in the shower, the tiles are torn curtains, towels, dust everywhere, the carpet is desperately dirty all some stains, walls aswell yellow and dirty disappointment for a...
