My recent stay at the Minicity hotel in Belgrade was hands down the worst experience I've ever encountered. Not only did the owners display appalling behaviour, but they also completely disregarded Booking.com's policies and attempted to extort money from me.||||Upon attempting to cancel my reservation due to a family emergency, the owners refused to abide by Booking.com's cancellation policy and demanded full payment. When I cited the terms and conditions, they resorted to threatening behaviour and even threatened to involve the police.||||Their utter lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service left me feeling vulnerable and unsafe. Read moreIt is a lovely mini hotel. Already stayed twice there: on the way to Turkiye and on the way back. Very suitable for staying over when travelling through highway. Rooms are very clean, people are very friendly. You can park your car on the compound which has a security watch. They accept dogs, too :) The first time when we arrived, it was dark and the area didn't seem safe but the next they we saw that it is an area mix of businesses and residential buildings.
