Hotel Ženeva Lux — Hotel in City of Kragujevac

Extraordinary four-star hotel, not far from the motorway and Kragujevac center. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, with a comfortable large bed, modern lights, huge cieling-to-floor windows, thin and thick curtains, soft floor covering, sofa and armchairs, which I didn't have time to use. And, the bathroom is large, with a jacuzzi (not used, alas!), shower cabinet and the rest, and with a glass wall towards the bed... Fortunately, we managed to find the button to lower the rolling curtain. We were there for a wedding celebration, and there were more than 200 guests in the restaurant. The ambiance, decorations, food, drinks were very good, serving well timed, waiters quick and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of dishes, the service was excellent. The bend, with a female and male singers was excellent, they were like supermen working for hours, the repertoire covered all sorts of music, and the lady singer even danced and jumped most of the time, she was amazing. The male singer's voice was deep and soft, I liked it. However, the loud-speakers were too loud so that it was impossible to exchange a few words at the table. And, when the wedding-cake had to be cut by the bride and the groom, crazy dancing with a sacsophonist and laser lights began. Then, I and many others had to go out - the noise was unsustainable. Overall: this hotel wants to be more than it is and it offers.

Rooms: nice and modern, but pretty small, with strange ambient lighting that suggest completely different room purpose.

Strange type of AC control. The easiest way is to shut it down and open up the balcony door.

Bathroom - small, with toilet, sink and shower, but no bidet.

There is a minibar as well. And a small balcony.

Service: reception is occupied 24/7. There is a restaurant, which is actually not bad.

Breakfast: a-la-carte only, no self-service. It means you need to choose from the menu, it needs to get prepared, delivered... for each table. It can get slow with more guest - when more tables occupied. Also, guests are very limited with food mixing possibilities.

Location: basically far away from everything, if you want to go somewhere, you need a car. Located near pretty busy streets.

Staff: friendly, but don't seem to be really interested in...
