Hotel Kragujevac — Hotel in City of Kragujevac

The room was very small and extremely hot. We wanted to turn on the A/C but the remote control didn't work. It was changing the channels on TV instead! I didn' t even know that was possible! We opened the window but the smell of smoke from all over the city was terrible. The beadsheets where too thin and cheap. The mini bar was not even on. The curtains were probably ripped and the blanket was burned (by cigarette). ||||The food was average howerer the waiters didn't speak English at all. This is unacceptable. The staff should be able to speak at least some basic English. We wanted to order some drinks and the waiter would turn his head on the other side saying he didn't speak English and go away. We had to ask the receptionist whenever we wanted something.||||The breakfast tho was very good and rich. The coffee was...

Well the location of the hotel is great but...When I arrived what was amazing for me was the celebration of 18th birthday with a hundred of drunk teenagers, loud music etc...I must ask owner of the hotel is this a hotel or disco club? So it was not quiet and when I want to enter into hotel I had to wait that drunk kids move...The restaurant on 8th floor is great, but the staff not so good and why is that? It is a little bit luxury place I understand that but I waited the order for 35 minutes literary, because on 80 people there where two waiters and one barmen...again question for the owner ...? The rooms are ok not so big but nice, bathroom is also nice. So with all omissions, I could recommend this hotel but again there still a lot of things for you cant be sure what...

South Serbia might sound adventurous, but finding western hemisphere type of service, comfort and attention to detail can be very comforting. I stayed at Hotel Kragujevac for a night but I can attest that they offer top notch service with unparalleled value. I want to recognize Nikola and Milica for the outstanding professionalism and going above and beyond, especially Milica for personally checking on my room fridge making sure that all the drinks are cold and doing it with a smile :).
