Hotel Crystal — Hotel in City of Kraljevo

First sight of his hotel is somewhat deceptive. It's located in a side street in a not very attractive building. Entering the room, they were some shabby items (fur-like pillows, plastic purple flowers, and old scale) and some dirt in the bathroom. But putting those away and asking for more attention in cleaning made the suit very good indeed. (always ask hotels to fix little things. They do it willingly and rooms can improve dramatically!)||Located minutes' walk from city center and yet quiet.||Very well equipped, with a large desk, a PC, a printer, a kettle, and more, and the only hotel ever with actual a living plant in the room...||The bathroom is the weakest link: not the best, but with all the rest, it's acceptable. ||Breakfast is a typical Serbian hotel breakfast with some extra tasty items. ||There is a fair lounge/bar, alas, smoking habits in Serbia made it unusable to us. We had our coffee in the room, kindly delivered to us by the most kind receptionist.|| Very convenient underground free parking.||Efficient small wellness center. Typically for Serbia not included in room price, but for a modest price one can book the place for private use in several options. We stayed approximately 3 weeks in one of the apartments at the back of the main building. Although missing a few essentials (microwave etc) it was fine for what was needed. The building is a mix if permanent and temporary (like us) residents. The hotel itself (main building is fantastic and well appointed and really leaves the traveller wanting for nothing. Останавливались в номере «апартаменты». В одной из комнат оборудована спальня, в другой – гостиная и рабочее место. В целом, по качеству оснащенности, услугам и комфорту отель понравился. Негативным моментом была только недостаточная шумоизоляция: когда в соседний номер заселились шумные постояльцы, их громкие ночные разговоры мешали спать. Показалось, что это ошибка персонала, в отеле было много свободных номеров, могли бы расселить по этажам, чтобы никто никому не мешал.||Ремонт и в номере, и во всем свежий, симпатичный дизайн. В самом номере не было Wi-Fi, зато имелся стационарный компьютер с выходом в интернет и принтер. Еще понравилась аудиосистема и комплект дисков. ||Завтраки в первый день показались скудными, потом разобрались, что нужно сказать сотруднику буфета и она приготовит в течение 5-7 минут (омлеты, яичницы, мясная, сырная тарелка, выпечка – по выбору). Обед и ужин можно заказать в номер, доставляют из ресторана по меню довольно быстро. Цена при этом, как в самом ресторане. ||Персонал был дружелюбен и отзывчив, общаются на английском и сербском, русский – на уровне самой простой лексики. Сильно понравилась зона Spa: массажи на любой вкус, в удобное время. Массажистами работают люди с медицинским образованием, можно выбрать пол массажиста. Есть также сауна, бани и тренажерный зал. ||Имеется бесплатная охраняемая парковка, из парковки выход сразу в отель. ||Пешком до центра минут 10, сама улица, на которой расположен отель, довольно тихая.
