Avoid at all costs – worst hotel experience ever! I don’t even know where to begin. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

This hotel is a disaster. The room was filthy, with broken furniture, mold in the bathroom, and insects crawling on the walls. The sheets and towels were stained, and the entire place had a musty smell.

The food was inedible—stale, cold, and likely spoiled. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful, ignoring complaints completely.

If you value cleanliness, decent service, and basic hygiene, stay far away from this place. One of the worst hotel experiences...

I spent 4 days in this hotel at the beginning of October. This is small new hotel in a renovated building, close to the city center. Beautifully finished and equipped large rooms. Air condition, wi-fi, tea and coffee facilities, serviced every day.||Very nice and helpful reception staff. ||The only problem may be with the parking space in front of the hotel. Alternatively, you can find a parking space on the streets nearby. Paid parking of course.||During my next stay in Nis I will definitely...

Absolutely a total shock... Receptionist friendly but doesnt speak english. No elevator for our luggage. A broken table on the terrace, no lid for the kettle for some tea... and so humid on the walls that the paint is peeling off. The tv was not working either so my husband fixed it.
