Hotel Eter — Hotel in City of Niš

I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful, and amazing the staff are in this hotel. I stayed for 6 days and extended once. Everyone at the reception is so nice and so are the women who prepare breakfast and clean the rooms. They always smile and say hello. 10 stars for service. The rooms are small but well designed with everything that's needed for a short stay, including a stocked mini bar, safe, TV, robes, etc. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily. The breakfast is also very good, even though it can get a bit monotonous for longer stays (you can only change the style of eggs so many times :). But the ingredients used are good and fresh, e.g. always fresh tasty tomatoes and cucumbers. The location is also very central with shops and restaurants around the corner. The location was excellent. Nearby there are many restaurants, shops, pubs, a shopping center and close to most attractions. The staff was very responsive, even made a reservation for us (16 people in the most party-oriented tavern). We parked the cars in the public parking spaces nearby and paid at the hotel with a discount (6 euros for 24 hours). The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was extremely good, even after they had cleared the block table they personally brought out food to one of the latecomers. I recommend it with both hands!

The staff. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My wife's gluten free diet was catered for very well at breakfast with a separate selection prepared with style; Maria in particular genuinely cared about us and delivered a fantastic service.

The room. Our room was spacious and modern and fresh in decor. Clearly designed by a clever architect.

The location. Central location close to many good bars and restaurant which the soundproofing hides the noise of inside the rooms. A taxi rank is just outside the hotel so very convenient for visits to mediana, niska banja etc.
