This hotel is situated way out of the city centre. ||First impressions are not great. No hotel porter to assist you with cases. You may say no big deal until you realise the lift is only on floor 1, so a flight of stairs first with three heavy suitcases until you get to the lift. No one at the hotel mention an outside ramp. ||Our room on first look looked clean but upon closer inspection areas of the room that were not just dusty but had not been cleaned in weeks we did a bit of cleaning so we could put things down. The rooms needed a good deep clean. The hotel management need to get good housekeeping staff and need to check the standard of cleaning. ||A small stocked refrigerator, safe and tea and coffee making are in each room. It had good air conditioning while we were there. However there was a notice to expect work to disrupt the cooling system. ||Large wardrobes but only three hangers. Not much use when you are travelling and want to unpack a few things. How much are a few coat hangers? ||The hotel doesn’t provide dinner and unless you go to the supermarket next door we couldn’t see much options locally. ||We have no idea why the phone flashes red all the time so covered it at night to stop the distraction. ||The 1970’s internet speed if totally useless in today’s technological age. Does any hotel expect customers to find this level of service acceptable? ||The breakfast was chaotic due to the fact they had one domestic two slice toaster and a small coffee station. Many things were not replenished like orange juice, sliced bread. The hot selection was poor and cold. The small serving area is badly designed when there are 40 people all trying to get some breakfast. The two floors of tables mean most guests can find a table. ||Overall we could not recommend this hotel as it location is not convenient and the cleaning standards are not good enough. Another hotel reliant on coach parties that stay one night. Tour companies need to read trip advisor and stop using dirty out of centre hotels. ||If the management, who were never there to raises issues with, don’t responded it shows how...
Read moreFrom almost all EU countries traveled (ah wait, this is not a EU country, that’s explains a lot! One can pray that they never make it with this attitude.) this was the worsts experience ever. ||I’ve witnessed a hotel staff literally pointing out with a finger to the group of women during breakfast that they’re not allowed to take anything outside the breakfast area: “this not to go, this you eat here!”. After all our trips where some hotels have even prepared sandwiches and takeaways snacks and cups for their guests who leave early or wanna grab food on a go, this was a surreal situation. ||We ordered laundry of a T-short and it returned with scratches and shrunken in size. ||My husband found a hair in his food, twice.|SPA is working 7am to 10pm but you need to book it 4 days before, since not more than 4 persons can visit at a time.||Furniture is chipped, outdated and items overall are worn pretty much. ||Choose to spend your...
Read moreWe came here as a group with an 11 years old kid(team) Staff was something I never experince in my life telling the kids TO SHUT UP otherwise they will be kicked out of hotel. After 7 o'clock it smells in the whole hotel with smoke as they allow smoking in bar and keep the door open I would not advise anyone with kids to stay in this disgusting hotel, If they dont want kids in the hotel, they should mention not to take the money and after to feel like in the prison where people cannot speak, laugh or ask something without feeling the disgust of the staff. Food was with hair inside, i personaly experienced in 2 dishes and showed to the front desk manager Ivana (the one she dare to tell kids to SHUT UP) I am not sure on what criteria this hotel have 4 starts and 9.1 on Booking.com They should...
