Hotel Premier Aqua — Hotel in Irig Municipality

I spent with almost three weeks with my family at Hotel Premier Aqua Hotel in September 2021. This was our third visit (after 2015 and 2018 ones). We had two one bedroom-two bathroom apartments with ensuite natural mineral water jacuzzi and sauna. Each apartment has bay windows throughout living and bedroom areas, with work desk included in the corner of the living room. I had to work whole time remotely and this worked out perfectly well. Here are my impressions:

 Staff - incredibly professional, prompt, accommodating, kind and genuinely happy when the guest is pleased. Special thanks to Camel who took care of our dry cleaning, car parking and provided input on the local sightseeing!

 Chefs - totally accommodating and thoughtful regarding my family's special diet requests. Chef would come by to set up the next day's meal plan according to our wishes and needs

 Room service (including cleaning and meal delivery when needed) - flexible accommodating our schedules, timely and discrete. All wearing masks.

 Medical spa - being MD myself, I can only say kudos to the team led by Dr. Mansouri! Highly knowledgeable, experienced, having at disposal newest technology, expertise and experience. My parents had complex multiple medical issues last 12 months and needed comprehensive plan (3h of daily therapy). I had custom made 2h daily treatment plan which was adjusted after the first 10 days accordingly. Physical therapists are excellent as well!

 Nature - hotel is situated in beautiful setting at the outskirts of Fruska Gora. Air is simply healing. One can do nice daily walks to nearby Etno Selo and Fruske Terme Hotel (4km round trip walk). Alternatives would be hikes and activities at Fruska Gora itself.

 Local gems - Fruska Gora has around 16 monasteries with rich art, culture and history. Simply a must to see - at least some. Besides, each monastery produces outstanding liquors (sour cherry, apricot, walnut, ect), and/or honey, teas.

 Regional gems -region is famous for wine production. Many wineries and the most famous one would be Kovacevic winery.

 More culture - there are beautiful and culturally rich nearby towns to visit, such as Novi Sad and Sremska Kamenica.

We will continue coming back to Hotel Premier Aqua. Each time they increase the level at least couple of notches. I simply have no cons – everything was perfect and they deserve more than five stars!

P.S. I noted one of the guests posted that AC was not working. I am surprised as each room has separate AC control. Since having visited during the season change, we requested and earlier switch to heating which was...

We are a couple in our 80s and picked the place based on the “adults only” feature since we like quiet, relaxed, and not too-busy environments. We stayed at the hotel for eleven days, and after only a few days, we realized that we made an excellent decision. We don’t remember when, and if ever, we spent a more relaxed and good quality time. Please, don’t get us wrong, this wasn’t a senior living house, or a graveyard for that matter - it was a vibrant setting with primarily young couples who are strategically planning their families, small groups of professionals, and, of course, a couple of us, older couples in their bests.

We would also like to stress that the above feature wasn’t the only one. The staff, the receptionists, the waiters, the waitresses, and the cleaning personnel were extremely cordial, helpful, and professional. The food, especially the all-you-can-eat breakfast, was superb.

Finally, we observed that the architectural integration of the space and functions of the hotel complex, including the accessibility of rooms, an abundance of elevators, dining area, bars, pool areas, and wellness facilities was amazingly well implemented, as we have never seen elsewhere.

As far as critique, we can find only one item, after trying very hard: the list of cocktails available at the pools and in the lobby could be extended a little bit.
