My first trip to Termal was in '99, and I keep coming here :) It's not perfect, hotel needs some improvements and renovation. Regarding that the price for overnight stay with three meals is around 27-28 EUR, I would say that you get quite a lot for that price. Food is good, not fantastic, but meals are tasty, you have two choices for lunch and dinner, and it some tradicioanl meals, something that you would eat at home. Breakfast is a buffet, with nice choice of food. Hotel is acctualy a hospital, so you need to take this in consideration, that the main guest are eldery people. Rooms are decent, you have everything you need (if you are not very needy). If you want to have a nice holiday for a quite fair price, in Nature park, with a closed and open swimming pool, than this is the right place for you. This time, in July 2020, in the middle of the corona-pandemic, we were in shock realizing that people who manage this pool did not do ANYTHING to prevent the disease! There was no limit of people who could enter the pool, and in the toilets there was NO WATER!!! All visitors who went to the toilet, left their excrements in toilets and could not wash their hands. In such condition they went to the public swimming area. Some people urinated in the cabins for changing clothes.
