SUNČANI BREG RESORT & SPA, Kopaonik — Hotel in Raska Municipality

The resort is still under construction (probably the only downside), but the rooms were great and warm, with a great view opposite the parking lot. The apartments are all different around the resort probably depending on their owners but quite new and well furbished. In the first hut there were lockers for the ski equipment in the basement floor. I loved that there’s an underground connection (a warm corridor) to the other huts, a small market, a restaurant, a pub and a pretty large and nice spa area including two pools, hot tubs, salt room, sauna and Turkish bath (you can ask for discount if you’re staying at the resort). Probably due to not enough snow while we were there, it was not crowded at all, which was great for us. Plenty of parking space. When there’s snow, there should be a connection to the rest of the Kopaonik ski area from a walking distance ski lift (anchor); otherwise grab a weekly ticket (800rsd) to the Kopaonik area so you don’t pay a daily ticket (300rsd) each time you go to the...

Camera a fost ok pt o familie cu un copil. În complex este un haos total. Camerele sunt gestionate de un patron sau o firma, restaurantul de altcineva, piscina de altcineva și pub-ul de altcineva. Am ales un sejur cu mic dejun și cina.... mâncarea nu a fost ok deloc la restaurant...doar muraturi și carne...la pub se putea manca a la carte foarte bine dar pe alți bani. La recepție nu e nimeni niciodată...trebuie sa suni la.un nr de Serbia sa vorbești cu cineva...care nu știe engleza....de fapt nimeni nu știe engleza aici în complex....decat ospătari de la PUB. Singurul plus e PUB Zodiac aflat în complex. Am ales sejur cu piscina și când sa mergem ni s-au cerut bani suplimentari...pana la noi telefoane. Localizarea nu e tocmai ok dacă nu e zapada multă...nu poți ajunge în stațiune decât cu un teleschi, am avut noroc ca a mers...dar la întoarcere pârtia era inchisa...am venit cu taxi. Nu se poate plăti aproape nimica cu card-ul....doar cash....nu se face curat în camera...nu se schimba prosoape....păcat....de atâția bani....informația...

Две звезды ставлю именно спа и работающему персоналу этого курорта. Половина оборудования была просто выключена! В начале, в сауне было еле-еле 80 градусов, через некоторое время сотрудница просто выключила её. На потолке, над большим бассейном чёрная плесень‼️ Это очень опасно для здоровья людей. Тапочки не предоставляют, раздевалка общая🤨 да, в ней есть две закрывающиеся кабинки, но всё равно это очень некомфортно переодеваться с мужчинами. У сотрудницы нет сдачи, приходилось бегать в номер за мелкими деньгами. В нашем номере моему ребёнку не застелили постель. Прошло два дня и нам до сих пор не принесли ни постельные принадлежности,...
