Hotel Zeleni Grad — Hotel in Sokobanja Municipality

A new hotel furniture and all however the service is really not good.Booked for Dinner and Breakfast buffet which they decided to change without informing any of the people staying.With one waiter and more than 30 guests serving ala carte is a disaster.Breakfast takes more than 1 hour to be served which is frustrating and honestly very dissapointing.Also felt like you had to complain to get good service as this actually happened during Breakfast.For dinner they served cold soup and super dry pork fillet that felt like it was refried again as they didn't prepare for any guest to stay for dinner perhaps.I would definitely suggest you reconfirm that the package you booked and paid for is what you'll get at the reception.Having come here twice seems the service at the restaurant is going down the hill so maybe change the restaurant manager or something because she is not doing a good job with all the customers.Pretty much selective for lack of a better word.Wouldnt recommend to book with the...

Out of all the hotels in Serbia, we received the best treatment at this one. It felt like I was back in my home country, the UAE, and I didn’t experience any form of discrimination. Great place for going with fsmily or for staying for just one night. Great service and great hotel stuff. The hotel is new it was open last year. It is very clean and overwhelmingly positive experience. The food is also great. The rooms are really clean.
