This marks our third Cheval Blanc Maison experience—previously at Randheli in the Maldives and Paris—but our stay here in Seychelles has been nothing short of extraordinary. Every aspect—the villa, the staff, the cuisine, the beach—exceeds expectations, making this a must-stay destination for anyone visiting Seychelles. Initially, we planned to return to the Maldives, but discovering Cheval Blanc changed everything, leading us here instead—and what an incredible decision that turned out to be.||What Sets Cheval Blanc Seychelles Apart:||1. Unparalleled Personalized Service|From the moment we arrived at 4:30 AM, the warmth and attentiveness were evident. Sara (Operations Lead) and Ali (our Majordome) greeted us personally, ensuring a seamless arrival by skipping formalities and ushering us straight to our villa to rest, with breakfast thoughtfully set up in case we were hungry. Throughout our stay, the entire team demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to customization—whether it was Ali’s attentiveness, Executive Chef Rohan’s culinary mastery, French Pastry Chef Samy’s exquisite creations, or F&B team members Abhishek, Amit, Priyankara & Prashan ensuring every meal was tailored perfectly to our tastes.||Special mention to Ali, whose humility and thoughtfulness made our anniversary and birthday celebrations truly memorable. His approachability and dedication were remarkable.||Adding to the experience was Darel, the Sommelier, who curated exquisite wine pairings while making the experience approachable and engaging. His passion for wine and effortless hosting ensured that every dinner felt personal and refined—without a hint of pretension.||Definetely dine at Le 1947 while you are here, you will not forget the experience :)||2. Exceptional Villas|LVMH’s design excellence is fully realized here, mirroring the brilliance of Randheli in the Maldives. The beach pool villa offers breathtaking space, premium amenities (including over 90 LVMH products for guests), and absolute comfort. If direct beach access isn’t a priority, consider the Panoramic Villa, perched on the hilltop with spectacular views.||3. Idyllic Location & Pristine Beach|Cheval Blanc is set on Anse Intendance, one of Seychelles' finest beaches, delivering unparalleled beauty right at your doorstep. Unlike resorts requiring ferry or helicopter transfers, arriving here is effortless—a smooth drive from the airport. Once settled, island hopping is a must, with flights from Mahe being the most efficient way to explore Seychelles' hidden gems.||4. Leadership Excellence|The passion and dedication of Sebastien (GM) and Sara are apparent in every detail of the experience. Despite the challenges of launching a new luxury property in a competitive market, they’ve masterfully curated an atmosphere of seamless hospitality and unwavering excellence. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction elevate Cheval Blanc Seychelles to a league of its own.||5. A Culture of “Yes”|Opened in December 2024, Cheval Blanc Seychelles is already operating at an elite level. Assembling a team capable of delivering the highest standards of LVMH hospitality is no small feat—but what’s even more impressive is the deeply rooted ethos of "anything is possible." Not once did we hear the word “no”—every request was met with genuine care and a can-do attitude. It’s a rare and refreshing approach that defines true luxury.||From start to finish, our time at Cheval Blanc Seychelles was unforgettable. Every detail was handled with precision and care, making our special celebrations even more meaningful. We’re thrilled that we chose Seychelles, and so grateful for the experience Cheval Blanc crafted for us.||Maldives vs. Seychelles?|A common question—but the answer is both.|- The Maldives offers serene island exclusivity, where each resort is its own world.|- Seychelles, on the other hand, immerses you in nature, culture, and breathtaking island-hopping adventures.||Having visited the Maldives eight times, we’re thrilled to have finally explored Seychelles—it’s a different kind of paradise, equally worth experiencing.||Transport Recommendations for seamless travel and exploration:|- Sam (+2482824630) – Coordinates anything across the islands, including tours.|- Kenneth (Mahe) (+2482589227) – Airport transfers and island tours.|- Adrian (Praslin) (+2482514659) – Local guidance.|- Dieter (La Digue) (+2482588483) –...

Cheval Blanc Seychelles is not just a resort — it’s a symphony of design, craftsmanship, gastronomy, and serenity, nestled along the pristine coastline of Anse Intendance on Mahé Island. Every detail is intentional. Every space evokes feeling. Architecture & Atmosphere Designed by legendary architect Jean-Michel Gathy, the Maison blends the geometry of Creole houses with modern lines and expansive views of the Indian Ocean. This is not simply architecture — it’s a poetic retreat where tropical nature and elegant minimalism coexist in harmony. A House with a Signature Color and Scent • Wild Green: The signature hue reflects the lush biodiversity of Seychelles and brings the surrounding nature indoors. • Jungle Chic: A bespoke scent by Thierry Wasser of Guerlain, enveloping you in woody, musky notes — sensual and grounding. Art Around Every Corner • Prune Nourry’s The Centaur greets guests upon arrival — a monumental sculpture of strength, grace, and myth. • Joël Andrianomearisoa, a Malagasy artist, created A Breath of Time on the Melody of Our Dreams — 52 textile installations, one for each villa. • Maximilien Pellet designed the enameled fresco at Vivamento restaurant, inspired by ancient Etruscan feasts. Gastronomy — Refined, Authentic, and Memorable The culinary experience is exceptional. The carbonara is made the true Italian way, using guanciale, and the pizza is so good it rivals Naples — crisp, airy, and beautifully balanced. Seafood is always fresh, simply prepared to let its natural flavors shine. Whether at Mizumi, Vivamento, or a relaxed beachside lunch — the standard never falters. And let’s not forget the bakery: each morning begins with perfect croissants and warm breads, baked daily on-site by French artisan bakers. A sensory delight all on its own. Tableware & Presentation The Maison uses elegant Bernardaud porcelain and handcrafted Jars ceramics — a tactile extension of the brand’s commitment to beauty in every moment. Service Service is nothing short of world-class. Discreet, genuine, and highly personalized. The team anticipates needs, remembers preferences, and makes you feel like the only guest on the island — even when you’re not. Cheval Blanc Seychelles is a rare blend of design, emotion, and excellence — where every detail is infused with intention.

Read moreJust came back from 6 nights here. Stayed in a Beach Villa and we will definitely be back! My young children and I loved our stay!||Highlights:|1. Le Carousel (the kid's club) - so entertaining and had a large outdoor space that was even enjoyable to spend time in as an adult.|2. The service - so friendly and good with children especially our butlers (they call them Majordomes there) Ali and Kareem. They were very responsive and excellent at supporting us throughout our stay. The children loved the daily treats in the room and the personalized attention even from the GM and other seniors from the hotel.|3. The yoga session with Thao that I had on the outdoor deck of Vivamento (the Italian restaurant) - her energy was so inviting and it was one of the best yoga sessions I've ever had.|4. The spa - I experienced 4 treatments there (including massages and hair blow dry) and Weewee my therapist offered the exact pressure and ambience I was after.|5. The Beach villa design - so much thought has gone into it and the attention to beautiful detail was incredible.|6. Every single restaurant or restroom we entered was sparkling clean.|7. The hike we took with our guide Alrick (arranged through the hotel).||Tips:|1. Try to avoid staying here in July/August because of these 3 reasons a) you can't swim in the beach - waves are too rough b) the sea and shore is filled with Blue bottle jelly fish (I got stung while walking on the shore and it was very painful) c) it's low season so the hotel was empty - 2-3 tables filled at breakfast, etc. hence no ambience. We were told March/April is a better time.|2. Pack light! The villas are so well equipped with everything you need - from mosquito afterbite cream to the most beautifully smelling dry oil.|3. Mizumi (the Japanese restaurant) and Le White (breakfast) were the most consistent in terms of quality and taste of food. The pastries were also delicious|4. Taxis to venture outside the hotel were very expensive and you can only use a bus card with the buses (that you can only buy in town) so plan your excursions wisely.||Thank you...
