Our stay at Surfers Self-Catering Chalets, was nothing short of exceptional. We spent a delightful four nights at this fantastic establishment, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its comprehensive range of amenities. Every utility and kitchen facility we could possibly need was readily available, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The spacious rooms provided ample space for relaxation, ensuring we never felt cramped or restricted during our time there. Located in a serene and peaceful area, the hotel offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was not our first time staying at Surfers Beach Self Catering Chalets and it won't be the last - it is an excellent all-round experience. We would say that it is a far better experience and overall deal than staying in some of Mahe's so-called Luxury hotels - certainly from a spaciousness, cleanliness, comfort and value for money perspective. The chalets offer a spacious bathroom, living room and kitchen plus a very comfortable large bedroom. You can tell the chalets were developed with great attention to detail including the exterior which boasts a spacious deck for cocktails at sundown looking out over the ocean or just generally relaxing. This is all complemented by the beachfront Surfers Restaurant just a few steps away. Estuvimos alojados en Surfers Beach en noviembre de 2022 y después de haber estado en otros dos alojamientos en Seychelles para nosotros fue el peor de todos y el más caro.||||La localización está bien si buscas paz y tranquilidad puesto que está alejado de la ciudad pero aun así bastante cerca en coche de cualquier punto de interés en la isla. La propiedad tiene parking lo que es muy útil.||||Para nosotros el problema residió en que la casa era bastante antigua y muy oscura. Tiene vistas al mar que quedan parcialmente tapadas por las rejas que hay puestas y para las que no te dejan llave. ||La cama fue la más pequeña que tuvimos en todo el viaje y no nos resultó cómoda y la colcha, cojines y mobiliario parecían sacados de una película antigua.||||El baño era muy grande pero bastante desangelado. ||La cocina tenía una salida a la parte de atrás de las casas con vistas a una montaña y en la al salir había una alfombra que resbalaba nada más pisarla, estuvimos a punto de caernos varias veces hasta que decidimos quitarla. Te dejan unos sobres de café instantáneo, té y monodosis de crema para el café que en nuestro caso estaban caducadas.||||La playa que hay delante del hotel no es una playa de arena con baño fácil y agradable ya que con marea baja tienes metros y metros de coral tapado por dos palmos de agua y no es posible bañarse, tuvimos que coger el coche cada día. ||Es importante considerar que para ir a la playa desde el hotel hay que bajar una cuesta muy-muy empinada y que luego hay que subirla.||||El wifi va bastante lento y si quieres ver vídeos en Youtube o alguna peli en Netflix se te cuelga y hace rebuffering cada cierto tiempo, si vas a enviar mensajes o emails funciona aceptablemente.||||Si necesitas hacer un check-out más tarde de las 10:00 de la mañana te van a cobrar un fee bastante elevado, tengan o no tengan gente entrando después y aunque no vayan a limpiar la habitación hasta el día siguiente. ||||Para nosotros la comunicación con la propiedad fue incómoda ya que nos dijeron que el día de nuestra salida no habría nadie allí porque era domingo por lo que recogimos, dejamos las llaves donde nos dijeron y nos fuimos para el aeropuerto, pero recibí un mensaje al poco de salir diciendo que les debía el dinero del late check-out, cobro que pensé que harían en la tarjeta de crédito que dejamos como depósito en el check-in pero que ellos dijeron que no tenían. No me gustó en general la actitud y mucho menos el mensaje, sobra decir que pagamos inmediatamente, si hubiésemos querido no pagar tampoco lo hubiésemos hecho después.||||Para mi, de todo lo que vi y probé en Seychelles, este alojamiento sitio no merece la pena por ese precio y...
