Hubby and I had a one-night stay here and we were full of disappointments when we thought Crockfords Tower at Resort World Sentosa is supposed to be a luxury suite hotel with first class service.
First. upon check in, we were greeted by a cold and unwelcoming front desk staff who told us due to "inventory issue" no king bed suite available even though we had booked for one. So was assigned to a twin-bed instead.
Next, in the suite, there was no USBC charging port available and was informed that we have to leave our phones to concierge to charge instead. OMG.
Worse, there was power outage in the room and it took a while for technician to fix and by the time he did, hubby and I were already tired and worn out. Could not even get a good rest.
Although this was a complimentary stay from Crockfords Tower, I believe the hotel must treat every guest the same. I had many other complimentary stays in other 6-stars hotels and we were warmly treated just like any other guests. The staff made sure we enjoyed the stay so that we will return again and again.

I was a little disappointed that one of the staff didn’t allow late checkout. I checked back with a different staff the next day and they let me checkout late from 12pm to 1pm. But I checked out early anyways as the staff earlier had informed me that they’re all fully booked and needed the rooms back.
What’s more disappointing is that this time our mini bars were empty :(
They did attend to all of my requests, be it whatever...
Read moreThe best thing about Crockfords Tower is that it isn't crowded and noisy like the other RWS hotels but possibly the only shared pool (amongst RWS hotels) that you feel like it's your own private swimming pool. I find their lowest prices rooms (having been only able to afford these tiers) already have a pretty premium and luxurious touch in terms of room design, comfort, spaciousness (an additional separate living area with a cosy corner sofa and TV). The restroom is a dream, equipped with a huge bathtub free with sea salt bath compliments by local spa ESPA together with other toiletries which I actually don't mind bringing back home with me at all for...
