Again my spouse and I revisited Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality and this time for 5 nights stay was truly an astounding experience. All the staffs at the resort consistently provided their outstanding services and made us feel welcomed every time we returned to Oasia Resort Sentosa. They went above and beyond to make it special for us by arranging a “Welcome Back” surprise gift containing a card with beautiful words written, healthy snacks, chocolate and a cute little teddy bear with the resort name on it sent to our room. We really appreciated that! Upon arrival, we were very impressed by the friendly, smiley and extremely helpful staff named: Joshua Hong ushered us to the front desk. Checking-in our room was swiftly handled over our keys along with all the essential resort’s information and our inquiries were patiently answered by the exceptional service staffs named: Yash and Prince. Both were all highly professional. The same goes to the others staffs named: Jay, Saif, Dayah and Umairah were also very friendly and smiley. In fact everyone at the front desk has done a very fantastic job! They were all very attentive and helpful. Well done! I would certainly love to give all of them above 5 stars review. My spouse and I would also like to thank Jay for offering us a plate of sea salt for us to soak in our bathtub to help us with relaxation. Her wonderful thoughts and lively attitude has made us feel like we were checking-in into paradise! And also, not to forget the charming looking bell boy part-timer named: Yong Yueh and Daniel - both were so likeable and very well mannered. Our room was pristine stylist and the spacious bathroom with a bathtub and also, thank to all the efficient housekeeping staffs - the clean and comfy room made our stay instantly feel at home. We are very satisfied with the overall staff’s performances and the qualities of this resort that have presented to us during our staycation. I always want to convey my deepest gratitude to the entire Oasia Resort Sentosa service team members who have made our stay so enjoyable and rejuvenating. BIG HUG and THANK to all and everybody’s great efforts! Checking-in our room was swiftly. We were very impressed by the exceptional service from the front desk staff named: Jeremy. He has made us feel welcomed and answered all our inquiries. Also, I accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses at the swimming pool and it was found and safely kept at the reception. Again thanks to the front desk guys: Jeremy, Prince and Saif as I approached and asked them about my sunglasses and managed to get it back. Everything and everybody in this resort is so fantastic the moment when we arrived and all the staffs were superbly awesome, friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with the overall performances and the qualities of this resort that has presented to us during our staycation. BIG HUG and THANK to all and everybody’s great efforts! Came here for a staycation with family. We've been staying at Rasa Sentosa Shangri-La the past few times we visited Sentosa but decided to try something new. Unfortunately things were bad from start to end. During checkin, I parked at the hotel itself and walked to the lobby, which was empty. There were instructions there for self checkin, which I did. After spending about 5 min doing so, I realized there was an actual reception with staff there, so I went up. However, the staff there were preoccupied with doing something else, and I had to wait for a few min before I was served. When I was, no apology for the wait, no smile, just a matter of fact "I need everyone's IDs" even think I already did the self check in. Only when I told her this was it expedited. Once in the room, the disappointment continued. The room was small, even though it was advertised to sleep 4. Technically that's possible with the pull out soda bed, but once pulled out, there was no space for walking. The room also made little sense. The wooden door from the bedroom to bathroom was blocked by the nightstand so was purely decorative. There were no power sockets near the nespresso machine and hot water dispenser so I had to move it nearer the desk where the sockets are. There are generally very few sockets (though I later discovered a hidden socket on the nightstand with a broken piece of wood). The sealed complimentary bottled water says sparkling but it's actually flat. There are no cutlery provided at the pantry area (drawers were all empty). When we requested, they only have disposable wooden form and spoon sets which are hard to use. The Room was generally very dim everywhere, and the switch buttons at the bedside panel are so many that it's hard to figure out which is which. The automated curtains also don't work very well, and when they do, it's all or nothing - you can't open them halfway. On day 1, I called reception requesting for a shaving kit but was told to buy it from a nearby 7-11 as reception claimed they only have vanity kits. I later found a shaving kit with the vanity kit, so the staff didn't even know what the hotel has. There are very few hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels. There were not enough towels given everyday. In fact, housekeeping is generally non existent until we requested it, despite being out the whole morning and having the "please make up room" light on till 2-3pm. On day 3, we ran out of toilet paper because it was not replenished. The toilet also has a sign that's stuck on another sign with double sided tape that's obviously peeling off but housekeeping didn't do anything about it. On our 2nd or 3rd day, we found an empty plastic drink bottle from previous guests lodged in the crevices of the sofa, and on the day we checked out, we actually found a cockroach at the sofa, probably attracted by the leftover drink. With all the bad things listed above, let's talk a bit about the good things. There's free parking at the hotel itself, though with limited space. You can also apparently park at the village hotel and get complimentary coupons from reception. The pool is shaded by the hotel and was a hit with my kids. Location is very good, near Imbiah monorail station and Sensoryscape cable car station, but not very near any beach. Facade and interior is generally OK. However, the negatives to me vastly outweigh the positives, so we will not be staying here again.

Dust clusters in aircon vent, slow sink drainage, cockroach in the room and poor service by staff for stay in Junior Suite I recently stayed at Oasia Resort Sentosa's Junior Suite with my husband for our honeymoon and felt compelled to share my disappointing experience. Our stay was marred by several issues, and the management's response was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I observed dust clusters near the air conditioning vent above the bed. Additionally, the sink drainage was exceptionally slow, taking about an hour to drain, which was particularly unpleasant. Surprisingly, there was also no dustbin near the handwashing sink- all of which seemed inconsistent with the expectations of a "Junior Suite." Although I could overlook these grievances, the final straw for me was the presence of a cockroach in the room. What further frustrated me was the lack of immediate acknowledgment and service recovery when we reported the incident. It took considerable effort to bring this to the attention of the front desk, and we had to wait an hour to speak with the manager on duty. Having a background in the hospitality industry, I anticipated a more prompt and respectful response to such situations. Unfortunately, the treatment we received fell short of expectations. The manager initially offered only 50% off the second night as a "goodwill gesture", which later changed to waiving the entire second night after I demanded so. However, the emphasis on calling this a "goodwill gesture" rather than acknowledging it as "compensation" was extremely frustrating. While I understand that the hotel may avoid using the term "compensation" to sidestep any admission of wrongdoing, there were preventative measures that could have been implemented. If preventive maintenance programs were underway, guests should have been informed in advance and given the option to switch to another partner hotel under Far East Hospitality. This was not communicated and it's crucial to note that citing preventative pest control programs as an excuse when a guest finds a cockroach in what's supposed to be a 5-star hotel is unacceptable. The response should be much more apologetic and focused on immediate resolution, rather than deflecting responsibility. Encountering a cockroach in a space where I expected to relax during my honeymoon was a traumatic experience, especially when considering the vulnerability of being in the toilet. Dismissing any fault on Oasia's part is belittling of my emotions and my overall experience, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. The issues that plague Oasia Resort Sentosa are beyond just sanitation and hygiene, but also unsatisfactory service from the front desk manager. This stay was particularly important to me, and my memory of my honeymoon will forever be tarnished by this experience.

GREAT HOSPITALITY:|- We felt very well taken care of right from the point of checking in:|Saif at reception was amazing and with great initiative, he helped us solve our problems we didn't even realize we had - that we booked two room types that were actually in two different wings of the hotel (front-facing the Imbiah Station VS back wing facing Village Hotel Sentosa). We explained that the elderly in our group need to be with us as they needed assistance. He empathized and upgraded us to the best room which is interconnected to the next. Truly thoughtful and greatly appreciated. ||- Additionally, Umirah was manning the kids' club that day - and while there wasn't playground setups like those at other hotels - we loved that she volunteered to engage the kids by letting them design and paint on their own collapsible paper fans while mummy was busy at the check-in counter. She also introduced some of the wall plants that we didn't know were a mini herb garden that this hotel, focused on wellness, actually uses in their restaurants. Very wholesome experience for the kiddos to learn and to create something they can be proud of.||- And while it seemed like a last minute request (to prepare a row of three rooms), Li Qin, who was assigned to our wing, quickly made up one of them so that we could rest in it. While we did tip her, she also responded in kindness by taking good care of us over the next few days by asking us if we needed anything to be topped up every time we meet at the corridors - bringing us plenty of (much needed) water, towels and complimentary pillow mist spray for a more relaxing sleep.||ROOMS:|Our duplex suite doesn't just have its own living room, it also has its own rooftop mini lap pool, lounge chairs, and a rooftop patio with a panoramic view of both Sentosa island and even the main Singapore island. It was pretty awesome to check out the hotels on the island from the rooftop's bird's-eye view, be hypnotized by the tirelessly running cable cars, hear the excited screams of those on the roller coaster in Universal Studios Singapore, and admire the ships parked at South China Sea, all while frolicking in the rooftop pool. Also appreciated that they included award-winning Pryce tea and young coconut water in the room to unwind at the end of the day. ||CONVENIENT LOCATION/ Connectivity to Village Hotel/ Dining options:|Since Oasia Resort Sentosa is under the same owners/management (Far East Organization) as that of Village Hotel Sentosa, on top of the fact that these two hotels are literally just 240 meters of covered walkway apart, we found out that we were allowed to use the pools over at Village too. So for those who find Oasia's pool a little too small or crowded, just know that you're just a couple of minutes' walk to the gorgeously landscaped + layered pools at Village. Quite clever of Far East to build one sprawling pool that can be shared by four differently-targeted hotels next to each other i.e. Village for families, Oasia for wellness, Outpost for couples, Barracks for exclusivity.||And while it seemed there weren't many stores/dining options at Oasia, we loved the enjoyable walk over to Village and the Mess Hall building in front of it - where we could shop at the 7-Eleven convenience store, try local fare at Native Kitchen @ Village and finally enjoy some wagyu teppanyaki at Miyoshi by Fat Cow. Our kids enjoyed Kidzania City and Sensory Scape which were kinda connected to Village too. Imbiah Monorail Station and the massive RWS is also just 120 metres away.||OVERALL:|While we really liked Village Hotel Sentosa for its family-friendly amenities, expansive layout and infectious, rambunctious energy of young families during our previous stay at Sentosa...|the more considerate personal touches we experienced at this smaller, quieter, less busy Oasia Resort Sentosa made us like our stay here at Oasia even more.|LASTLY, something about the old building that made the elders among us like it more too... made them reminiscent of/ evoked feelings of their...

I booked the courtyard room at Oasia Resort Sentosa for the 22nd of Feb 2025 (Apologies the review is alittle late).I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was willing to give it a try since it’s Sentosa, and I could offset the experience with exploring the island with my girlfriend for her birthday.
The room was massive—easily big enough to fit 20 people, and the courtyard was beautiful. We were so excited about the space that we barely took pics! The overall experience was beyond amazing. The room itself was super comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better.

A Complete Getaway for Both of Us
: My goal was to give my girlfriend a relaxing getaway from her busy schedule, but I ended up having the ultimate getaway too. It was the perfect place for us to unwind, relax, and fully enjoy the experience. We both got the escape we needed, and it felt like home there. I will definitely be coming back!
The Location:
Oasia Resort Sentosa is perfectly located! It’s directly behind Imbiah Station in Sentosa and only a 5-minute walk from Beach Station, making it super convenient to get around. The drive-in was smooth, and the vicinity had plenty of 7-11s and Cheers for quick snacks. We felt so well-connected and easy access to everything on the island.

The People The people at Oasia Resort truly made this experience unforgettable.

Saif: Two days before the birthday, I emailed Oasia requesting early check-in. Saif replied promptly, even late at night! He said while they couldn’t guarantee early check-in, they would make arrangements for the cake and parking. He also mentioned a surprise waiting in the room. His kindness and attention to detail set the tone for the entire stay.

Cherlyn: The day after, Cherlyn followed up with the cake dimensions to make sure everything was arranged. It really showed their commitment to ensuring everything was perfect.

Yash: On the morning of the birthday, I called Oasia at 9:15 am to check on early check-in, and Yash answered. She was so helpful, and at 9:30 am, she called me back to tell me the room was ready, asking if I was okay with a corner room. I couldn’t believe it—early check-in at 9:30 am!

Extra Touches When we couldn’t get our decor in time, I called Yash again to ask if they had any decor we could use. She went above and beyond, arranging helium balloons, birthday glasses, and extra decor for the room, saving the birthday once again.

Special Surprises Saif also made sure to let us know there was a surprise waiting in the room, and we were given complimentary breakfast for the following morning. And when my girlfriend asked for a late checkout (without me knowing), they kindly gave us a 2 pm checkout.
Final Touch
The biggest surprise came at checkout. When we were about to leave, an envelope was handed to my girlfriend, and inside were SPA credits from the hotel itself! I was honestly dumbstruck by their thoughtfulness.

In Conclusion This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entire team at Oasia Resort Sentosa treated us like family, and their attention to detail, kindness, and impeccable service made this birthday celebration unforgettable. Special shoutout to Saif, Yash, and Cherlyn for going above and beyond! And of course, to the staff member who lent me his lighter in the nick of time—you’re a true wingman!

If I’ve inconvenienced any of the staff in any way, I deeply apologize and want to say I am eternally grateful for everything.

My 2 nights staycation with my spouse at Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality was an amazing experience.
