👍🏻They have USB and Type - C chargers , so you don't need to bring overseas chargers . Quick response via WhatsApp when I got their number . The bed space was big enough . 👎🏻When I arrived in the room , I found a few hairs on the bed , as well as a bloodstain . When I asked the staff if they had changed the bed sheet , they replied " yes . " However , I was still not satisfied with the bed sheet . I didn't want to sleep on a bed with blood on it , so I requested a new bed sheet . They said they would change it for me . The second bed sheet also had a small stain , but I could tell it had been washed . I requested a lower bunk bed via Trip.com , but no one replied . When I asked them during check - in , they said it was already full . However , when I woke up , there were still three empty beds . The night before check - out , when I returned to my room , all my belongings were gone , and there was nothing on my bed . I was shocked . I asked the staff where my things were , and they said they had moved them to another room without any notice . It was really terrible . They tidied up the old bed before I slept , but I could tell they didn't change the bed sheet , as I saw the same stain . I was not satisfied . I think they just wiped the hair away and made the bed for the next customer . They changed my room according to availability . I had actually booked an 8 - bed mixed dorm , but they gave me a 6 - bed mixed dorm . They said the room was under maintenance , so they moved my things to a 4- bed mixed dorm . However , I found out that night that a family group was staying in that room , indicating some management issues . They don't provide hair dryers , so if you have long hair , it will take hours to dry . On Level 1 , there were 3 rooms for a maximum of 16 people’s , but only two bathrooms with toilets . Since the rooms were not fully occupied every day , you generally don't have to wait too long . Overall , this was the worst hostel experience...

You then need to text a WhatsApp number to reveive a QR code to your phone. That code, you'll scan at the door, which will grant you entrance. The scanner does NOT work a second before official check in time (2pm). Also, the scanner is moody and you need to touch it a few times before it works (amazing when coming out of the shower, fully packed with both hands full). Because at your room, you'll have to always scan as well. So better don't forget to TAKE YOUR PHONE WITH YOU ANYWHERE AT ALL TIMES. Otherwise you'll be locked out your room, dripping wet, with noone around to grant you access.
Safety wise I guess it's decent as there are just no constantly "left open" doors here. So less likely for a thief to spot an easy chance robbing ya.
Wifi PW on the wall (hallway outside, not inside the room). Seek and find.
No towel provided.
Shower decent and clean.
Safe unusable for me as it was already locked and no staff available to help (set it up freshly).
Service: 0/10 I find it harsh to just asume everyone has mobile internet prior to check in to actually be able to enter. What if you arrive in the night, straight from the airport, exhausted and tired. All shops closed. No Wifi available amywhere. Paid for a room but can't enter. I'd be so mad. Cleaniness: 8/10 Spacious? Nope.
If it doesn't bother you to be 100% dependant on your phone, this place is decent. For me, it just triggering and I know there will be SO MANY people having struggles, getting frustrated and "paint the devil on the wall".
