Hotel West — Hotel in Bratislava

So we stayed here for 4 night's. I got it in my head that I did not want to stay in the city of Bratislava but in the country side. And from my computer in Ireland this ticked all the boxes . So how did it work out ? ||Well we got a room on the 3rd floor with a cool view. It's also in a amazing quite setting. You are staying In the woods in this one. The staff were nice and friendly .however the hotel and room and basic enough. Apartly this is a 4 star. If this is a 4 star and hate to see a 3 star. It's clean and plenty of space. However It was built The early 90's and it seems nothing has been done to it sense.||There is a lovely restaurant in the grounds of the hotel and makes up for the time machine rooms. ||Also we hired a car while we were here. There no public transport...

Forest. A forest in the city.|You travel with animals, you love quiet and trees. Morning run up-down hill. ||Wind rushing in the treecrowns, sun playing among leaves.||Amidst the city of Bratislava is the Kamzik Koliba forest with the TV tower (which hosta a revolving restuarant and a caffe) only 500m from the Hotel.||All the above you find there.||Do not expect to be in the centre, but you get in it in 10min with a cab. ||A folk style restaurant is at the hotel. Thus offering a nice evening.||Hotel offers a solid standard, not modern, no posh, a home feeling and small team taking care...

Fantastic! Breakfast was really good, location was a bit far from old town but it was no problem for us. We spent there 14nights. After breakfast we used to walk down the hill for about 10 mins and then in the middle of the hill one could find buses for old town. Recommended not to use taxis because they are expensive . On sat and sunday there are buses starting from 8. The bus stop is vicinity of hotel west, next to a board opposite there is small parking area...
