Following our grandsons church blessing we all met at Penzion Berg for lunch. Champagne followed by a two course meal served by two lovely ladies who looked after us brilliantly. |First course was a delicious pumpkin soup with a main course of pork wrapped in pastry with spinach and vegetables. A wonderful family boutique hotel facing the Kezmarok old castle. Beautiful design of exterior and interior. Rooms are newly renovated. Clean and nicly decorated. Comfortable bed. Very good and clean bathroom. Breakfast is good with verity of vegetables, cheese, egs and vegi opions. Dinner is very good. Soups are delicious. Desserts are fantastic. This was the beat hotel we’ve stayed at in Slovakia. Family owned, pristine clean and 5* service for very affordable prices. This boutique hotel is a gem and so much better than the fancy heritage hotel across the road that was almost double the price with below average service.
