Hotel Golfer — Hotel in Kremnica

We have visited this hotel during our winter break between Christmas and New Year. We have booked a family apartment, which was spacious and comfortable but it was clear that both the room and the hotel are visibly worn and in need of renovation.||We were pleasantly surprised by quality of the "a la carte" dinner menu, prepared by the French chef who was very forthcoming and has personally delivered the dishes to the table.||Unfortunately, we were unpleasantly surprised by many more things. Our impression upon departure was that the hotel management prefers "quick money" to seeing its guests return. ||Why? Because every single request that we had was turned down: ||We asked for lactose-free butter or margarine for breakfast because my wife and daughter do not tolerate milk. The answer was: No, we don't have that. ||We asked if we can have half-board, willing to pay the price increase. The answer was: No, that is not possible.||We asked for chamomile tea for dinner (price: 2,80 eur ), which was served for free for breakfast. The answer was: No, breakfast teas cannot be offered for dinner.||Because we booked 26-30 Dec, which the hotel initially confirmed and later changed to 27-31 Dec, we asked whether we could leave on the 30th, and keep the extra night for another stay in 2020. Knowing that it has our money in the pocket (we paid full amount in advance), again, the answer was No. ||We definitely will not return to this hotel. ||If you are looking for a hotel with welcoming attitude and friendly atmosphere, do not choose...

Nice quiet hotel in a peacful environment in kremnica. Rooms are little bit outdated but clean. The bathrooms are very modern and nicely renovated. The beds made out of recycled sofas and are very hard to sleep on .There was one waitress who was very moody and didnt want to make a mojito for us because it was 9:03(the bar was open). The food was okay but not anything special. The breakfast had quite a lot if options and was yummy. We overall enjoyed our stay, we came as a family of 52 children to be exact. They enjoyed playing in the outdoor surrounding of thd hotel including the playground. I loved the three benches infront of the hotel where people get married. My three favourite daughters loved drinking their overpriced mojitos. Two of the siblings said the aperol is ass. My child was traumatized by a dead fish in the aqaurium they have in the dining hall. We were really sad because it was very cute and shiny. (We have a picture pasted down below). Make sure to watch out before showing the aquarium to your children. The mini golf station was very organised. But they didnt allow all of our cutie patooties to swim in their pool even though the water was oddly still and dusty. Adam and asher my two sons were a great couple. Our overall experience was honestly pretty good and all of our childrdn were satisfied. This is Zorka dorka one the 52 children of our famous loving mother named Hana Jeric.So our mother forced us to go to this hotel and I wasn’t really exited at FIRST .I was in a room with my mother because I am her favourite child and we were sleeping on these kind of beds which I don’t think are beds cause they looked like sofas and were made out of Cardboard that was reconstructed during the 1920’s in the USA when it was tha BOOM.I really enjoyed sitting on the three lovely small benches outside the hotel were my mom was performing a concert to the birds .I pray for my life that my mum won’t notice how much money I spend on the Mohito drinks that I drank on the benches . The food was not good cause they didn’t have a kids menu which really disappointed me and my 51 siblings .I am really sorry to announce that one of my siblings have been eaten as a dessert for the lovely beautiful bear .So I actually now have only 50 siblings which I know is a really small amount of.Anyway moving on , my momma gave me a spelling bee lesson on how to write the letters OANRM!That is all I have to say and I will deeply and sincerely remember this place for the rest of my life (prob not).See u guyssss lots of love...
