The hotel itself is very beautiful, great architecture, high ceilings, nice reception, spacious rooms. Parking is available right in front of the hotel (5 bays) as well as behind the building (5-8 bays). Personnel was very nice and professional. Buffet breakfast was very rich, tasty and I really believe that everybody will find something. Dinners was also all right, but nothing special. Wellness was kind of small (2 different saunas - only one functional) and hot tub for 3-4 people. Because guests have to make a reservation to go there, its basically private, thus big enough for relax. The only thing they could improve is the cleanliness. It wasn't disaster or nothing horrible, but I expected little bit more attention to detail, and for example, we discovered ants around the mini bar in our room (something sticky was probably spilled underneath), we reported it on reception, but although our room was cleaned that day, they didn't get rid of them ants. Overall it was a good experience for us and I can still recommend this hotel as a good and safe space to stay.

Hallways are really high. Room is nice cozy and clean. Parking at hotel is a bit limited. 2 spots in front of hotel and maybe 5 inside. English is not a problem here and people are nice. If I have to come back to this town I will use this hotel again.

We chose this hotel for 1 night stay of family members (grand-parents) coming from Greece for a celebration related to their grand-daughter.||||In addition to this, we have booked a lunch for ca 20 persons for the same day. It was a Saturday, however the hotel was quite empty (only 2-3 rooms looked occupied).||||The 1st bad surprise was the location (and the size) of the room: despite the high availability of the rooms, we were given (probably) the smallest double room with “view” only to the inner yard. Most of the rooms have view on the street; however we were given one of the worst rooms. In addition to this, you can have a look on the photo of the bathroom door (next to the shower cabin).||||Second surprise was when we asked if it is possible to have late check-out on Sunday morning. The (by the way, very POOR) breakfast is served till 10:00. The check-out is also at 10:00 (!!!). We have asked for 1 or 2 hours late check-out and we were told that the hotel policy (price-list) is that we should pay +10 €! ||||Really? When the same day we have paid quite a big amount of money for the lunch of 20 people (while the restaurant was otherwise completely empty), they could not give us free late check-out? The answer of the receptionist was “I will ask my Manager and I will let you know”. ||||So, in the morning, we were expecting to receive an answer on the request. However, when wake-up (at 7:00), there was no warm water in the bathroom! The receptionist answered that they will switch-on the warm water (!!!) and in 15-20’ it would be ready. However, the warm water was available only at 9:00! So, the message here is: no warm water in out-of-office hours!||||No answer yet to the request for late check-out, so the receptionist was asked and answered: “sorry, you have to pay 10 € if you want to check-out after 10:00”! Even if for 2 hours the guests could not have shower, still no late check-out was granted for free (no apologies either for the lack of warm water).||||At the check-out the receptionist was asked if the hotel Manager was asked regarding the request for late check-out. She replied “I do not know. I will have to talk to my colleague who was in shift last night and I will let you know”. After some hours, she called back and said by phone: “My colleague told me that she asked the Manager and he agreed on free-of-charge late check-out. Is everything OK now?”. The answer was, of course: “No, it is not OK because we did not get this information on time. Now we have already checked-out, so what is the point on telling us that the Manager agreed on our request?”||||In few words; besides the really POOR breakfast and the (unacceptable in any hotel of the world) lack of warm water in the morning, the attitude of the hotel staff is completely...

I've been in Hotel Lev for more than 4 weeks now. This place got renovated a few years ago, so the rooms and bathrooms are okay. But I didn't like the fact that they housekeeping does not come very often. So more that 10 times it happened, that I put my towels on the floor, but nobody brought new ones. And if they bring new ones, they sometimes are ripped or have stains or footprints on it. Also they never cleaned the floor or bathroom in those 4 weeks.||Every time when I mentioned this situation to the staff they pretended to not speak English and I felt treated rudely.||And then there is breakfast from 7am on working days, but sometimes they changed the times without telling me, so I had to go to work without breakfast. Also they say breakfast is included, but in fact you have to pay for a second coffee.||When I complained in a friendly way to the manager she said, she wouldn't care and that there is nothing she could do about it.||I talked to other guests and they made similar experiences, especially when it comes to house keeping. So, I'm very disappointed with this place and would not recommend to stay...
