it's going to be long so hunker down... I'll start by saying that the staff were perfectly fine and the apartment was clean and tidy, very nice breakfast and great location...so what's the problem you might ask...well basic thing, when you pay for a place to sleep in, well you're supposed to be able to actually sleep... it's almost impassible due to a vary bad design: The window in the bedroom is a narrow one above the headboard, it doesn't open, the the curtains small and don't cover the entire window so you get light 24/7 in your eyes (if I whanted to sleep in the moon light, I'd would opt for camping) but wait there is a bonus, the window overlooks on the hallway outside so everytime someone passes, the automatic lights are turned on...fun fun fun -NOT! In the bedroom ther os no ventilation or heating of any kind and since the entrance door is a glass one, you need to close the bedroom door that means the airconditioning in the main living area doesn't get in...and there is ab bonus here to...the only window you can open in a farrly big apartment is the door to the balcony.

not to mention the the balcony isn't covered so rain\sun you really can't seat ther. be awere the times when the pool is not open during off season. And again, be aware of the glass entrance door, yes it's milky but more transparent then you think.

Recent hotel/penzion, looks nice outside and quite good inside, but,||||-Reception is closing at 7pm as well as bar as well as restaurant!!!! Saturday night!!!!||-I wanted expresso at 7pm. Too late, machine is cleaned!!!!||-We asked for quite side bedroom upper stairs, they gave us 1st stair room in front of the street and front to interior stairs, super!||-Wall insulation beetwen rooms are poor||-Rooms are quite clean but if you look in detail, it is so so especially bathroom. Bed coats with marks unproperly washed||-Breakfast is poor in choice and quality, only coffee, bread, no fruits, poor orange chemical juice....||-You must quit at 10am||||1 night with 2 breakfast for 74 euros, quite expensive for the quality and the service! Really! Pity because the hotel itself is recent and...

Prumerny hotel s prijemnym personalem s radou ale... hotel nema vytah, takze pokud mate s sebou napr. dite v kocarku, za pobyt si dost zaposilujete. Postavte vytah a mate o hvezdicku vice. Misto na to mate. polopenze prumerna, snidane relativne vyber z hodne pokrmu, ale come on, redeny roztok, ktery ma imitovat dzus... to tam dejte fakt radsi vodu s citronem. Vecere vyber ze tri chodu, takove nemastne, neslane, nenadchne, vylozene neurazi, proste snaha zalibit se vsem, coz je asi u polopenze cilem. Budte odvaznejsi, vyprdnete se na imitaci dzusu a dalsi hvezdicka leti na Vase konto. pokoje jsou mensi, pokud mate dite, doporucuji objednat pokoj s pristylkou nebo apartman. Ale hlavne - dejte do koupelny hacky na rucnik! Nebo spolehate, ze Vase rucniky na ruce umi levitovat v prostoru? Hacek, vec za par centu, takova blbost... a jak to nase.., kdyz nemate kam povesit rucnik! Spinave zaclony od predchoziho zabijeni hmyzu, ale chapu, ze zaclony se neperou azdy tyde. Jinak cisto, postele i povleceni pohodlne, detska postylka na vyzadani v pohode k dispozici. uklid - za tyden 2x vymena rucniku, treti den jsme si rekli o vysati podlahy, takze nevim, zda to je standard nb se proste nevysava. Dalsi prosba o vysati i druhy den byla odignorovana, takze jsem si poprve na hotelu vysaval sam. Zajimava, byt lehce smutna zkusenost.

Kazdopadne tahle recenze miri primarne na management hotelu, dle meho nazoru muzete byt fajn 3* hotel s 5* hodnocenim, ale s timto pristupem fakt ne. Ubytujte se tam na tyden s kocarkem a uvidite! Jinak personal, servirky vsichni mili, ochotni, pod rouskami usmevavi... Za to...
