PORT CLUB Pension - Restaurant — Hotel in Námestovo

Where do we start? At arrival greeted by very friendly manager and personel. Room looked ok and had everything we needed. Went to check the sauna, which was the main reason we booked here : everything was "broken". Excuses.|Dinner in the restaurant was good, great privé and again friendly service.|In the room we found a paper stating that |hotel guests receive a 10% discount in the restaurant. We mentioned this and only after litteraly showing the paper was this given. We felt very uncomfortable. Went to bed and woken at 3AM by a lot of noise. This lasted until almost 4AM. |Next morning saw a bikers gang, apparently friends of the hotel owner!!!! Once again excuses...|Breakfast we ordered two coffees instead of one and a juice...|At check out our bill was 11zl to much : not aware of price agreement and we had to pay 4 coffees that replaced the juice.|What a pity a hotel starts discussing with their guests for 11zl with all the above...

Penzion PORTCLUB v Namestove posobi cisto a utulne. Je rozdeleny na ubytovaciu cast na poschodi a barovu a restauracnu cast spolu s oddelenym salonikom na prizemi. Velmi ocenujeme oddelenie baru od restauracie, kde je moznost fajcit. V restauracii to nie je vobec citit. Salonik je dostatocne oddeleny a pri posedeni v restauracii nie ste vobec ruseni pripadnou oslavou. Ubytovacia cast a izby su pekne upratane a hlavne kupelna a wc boli v top stave. Vonave a ciste uteraky a potrebne hygienicke a toaletne potreby boli samozrejmostou. Spalo sa super, za co dakujeme aj super okolitemu prostrediu (to ticho prerusia iba vtaky na priehrade a kostolne zvony) a urcite posteli. Ten, kto vyberal matrace a postelnu bielizen sa vyzna. V restauracii sme si objednali steak medium rare, cestoviny s kuracim masom a polievku z morskych plodov. Steak bol spravne krvavy, perfektne vyvazene chute vratane prilohy. Cestoviny boli al dente a spolu s grilovanymi kuracimi prsiami boli velmi lahodne. Polievka z morskych plodov. Famozna. Lepsiu sme na Slovensku este nejedli. Vidiet, ze kuchar vari s vasnou. Penzion mozeme iba odporucat. Personal bol ochotny a ustretovy. V restauracii bola obsluha plne profesionalna. Obsluzili a poradili na vybornu. Dalsie sluzby ako bowling, wellness, fitness a squash sme zial nestihli vyuzit. Ak by sme to mali hodnotit hviezdickami,...

Aufgrund einer Dienstreise war ich hier leider für 3 Nächte untergebracht. Hätte ich mich etwas früher drum gekümmert, so hätte ich eines der Hotels gebucht die mir Kollegen empfohlen haben.. nun ja.||||Lage:||Die Lage ist gut, nah an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber auch nah an einem großen See.||||Parkplatz:||Ist vorhanden, aber natürlich nicht beschildert. Winterdienst für den Fußweg ist für dieses Hotel ein Fremdwort (egal zu welcher Tageszeit) - für die Straße sowieso.||||Rezeption:||Nehmen Sie sich unbedingt eine Übersetzer App mit - Englisch grenzwertig||||Zimmer:||Altbacken, hellhörig, Betten gefühlt aus dem letzten Jahrtausend.||||Reinigungspersonal:||Nicht vorhanden, zumindest nicht an diesen 4 Tagen - mangelhaft.||||Frühstück:||Es gibt eine (logischerweise) slovakische Karte für Frühstücksmenüs.||Hilfe, war das schlecht. Ich habe von einem Toast ein Foto gemacht.||An einem anderen Morgen gab es Rührei - das war scheinbar von gestern, die Mikrowelle hat es leider nur halb aufgewärmt.||||Gesamteindruck absolut ungenügend.
