The hotel is well located (provided something could be well located in Senica). However it suffers some drawbacks:||– For some reason, the restaurant is now closed for dinner during weekdays (that is manageable) and the ground floor kitchen is still smelling over-heated grease in the evening. The unpleasant smell is spreading up the stairs in the whole hotel.||– One major issue is the combination of a busy street with heavy lorries going through from 5am on, and balconies reverberating and amplifying the noise from the facade in the rooms.||||The breakfast is good. The same waiter will take care of you for lunch too: he is a friendly chap speaking good continental English.||||Although it is not fun nor friendly at all, the service at the reception is effective and professional.||||For some reason, do not expect to find towels in the bathroom: they are on your bed. Just go across your room off the shower naked and trickling, that's fine. Or anticipate (not like me).||||At the reception, there are always different students who appear to be lost in a professional environment they do not fancy very much. So do not expect to develop specific relations even if you are a loyal customer.||||All in all, it is now 6 years I am coming to this hotel about 5 times a year. In the hotel there is a good vibe and service from the crew. And overall i had a good experience during my time over there. But there is one girl in the hotel ( Kristina on name tag) That needs a training how to treat customers who pay money for staying and comfort. She does not show any hospitality, spontaneity or smile at all. My advise as a customer is to give training to her so she can improof here skils and servise. I rate this hotel 8,5/10
