I stopped here briefly to grab some water. Big mistake. Drank a little bit of it because I was extremely thirsty. The absolute terrible software used on the self service kiosks is extremely annoying and inconvenient when it locks up simply because it’s not the EXACT WEIGHT when you scan it. We used to do the same thing in America and it lasted MAYBE 1 month before they disabled that feature due to the extremely huge inconvenience to the customer and the workers constantly having to run around and override the dumb software.

The worst part is that, as an American, I am simply a person from another country. That’s it. I could be Chinese, or Japanese, or Mexican, or anything. I happen to be from America so that’s the only comparison I can draw on this sort of encounter....Point is, I get that there is often cultural misunderstandings, especially due to what each person is going to perceive based on their personality type etc etc however, not only was the lady working there EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, but to anyone that is not from the land, and makes an honest mistake, AGAIN because of YOUR TRASH SOFTWARE, not only do you make that person feel bad, but your guaranteeing that they will NEVER EVER come to your store ever again, for fear of the same humiliation and disrespect. That being said I will never ever go this store ever again, and LIDL, TESCO, and KAUFLAND and all going to get my money from now on.

Pro tip from the land of Consumerism: Don’t make the BIGGEST BUTTON ON THE SCREEN be about getting points for your stupid store, instead, since we’re all in business to MAKE MONEY, make the biggest button in the screen perhaps say: PAY. I don’t know, probably a good idea to encourage people to give you money and make it EASY FOR THEM TO DO SO since that’s the only reason...

V tejto predajni na námestí som mala objednané Skalické trdeľníky v originál kartónoch.V kartónoch im ich nevozia, tak mi to vedúci predajne vytelefonoval, že ich dajú zvlášť. No dnes trdeľníky prišli, ale kartóny zabudli pribaliť. Nakoľko mi to vedúci a zástupkyňa predajne sľúbili, tak vedúci, hoci mal dovolenku, mi osobne pre ne išiel do Skalice. Keď mi to zástupkyňa referovala, bola som nesmierne dojatá nad toľkou ochotou a prístupom k zákaznikovi. Chcela som, aby ho vrátila, že si nejako poradím a dám ich do iného kartónu. Najprv nechcela volať, ale keď som naliehala, tak mu zavolala, ale vedúci sa nedal odbyť a dokonca mi kázal počkať v predajni, že keď príde, že ma aj zavezie až na Brezovú, náhodou tam išli s manželkou, ale toto už naozaj nemusel. Je vidieť, že títo ľudia sú veľmi zodpovední a záleží im na dobrom mene predajne, ktorú vedú. Už som doma, ale tento zážitok mi stále leží v hlave a ešte raz...

Ako systém predaja čo sa predajného reťazca coop jednota týka mi je blízky. Čo mi ale blízke nie je - sú zakomplexované predavačky. Tie darmo sú vyučené keď sú hlúpe. Nebudem sa im všetkým venovať v tejto recenzií - vytiahnem len čerešničku. Istá strapatá postaršia pani s červeným melírom na gebuľke tu asi míňa výplatu po tých vešticiach z TV. Robí s rukami keď vydáva jak keby vám predostierala osudové karty. Neviem - asi za tú zakomplexovanosť môže štát, ktorý im nastavil minimálne výplaty. No keďže sú tieto predavačky veľmi ale opakujem VEĽMI hlúpe viac hádam ani...
