The hotel is ok, but the service is horrible :( Reception is always empty, no one speaks English. On booking it was mentioned you can have a sauna, I wrote way in advance requesting for it, but no one ever replied to me. When we arrived of course the sauna wasn’t possible as you have to request in advance, but it’s what I did. It was clearly mentioned that there is a hairdryer in each room. Of course just after I washed my hair I found out there is none. My husband called reception to ask for it, but they don’t speak English and they just hang out. Refused to speak to the client. I had to take a bath robe and completely wet went to reception asking for the hairdryer. After a while I got it and the receptionist not in polite way said all clients have to ask for a hairdryer on reception (what? Really?) For the breakfast there was a pate and only after I ate half of it I figured out that it’s spoiled and there is a mustiness on it. Chýbalo mi nejaké označenie vchodu do reštaurácie/hotela, keďže sme tam boli po prvýkrát, mali sme s tým menší problém. Džbán s vodou k dispozícii. Chýbali mi korenicky na stole v čase, keď sa podávalo denne menu. Dlho trvalo, pokiaľ nám objednané denné menu doniesli na stôl. V čase našej návštevy bolo 3 obsluhujuci. Očividne jedna bola nadriadena, ktorá ich za mňa, ako tichého pozorovateľa, pomerne dosť dirigovala a dávala najavo svoju nadradenosť. Druhy obsluhujuci bol očividne na niečo nahnevaný a zlostny.
