Penzion Chalupka — Hotel in Spišské Podhradie

I tried to book a room today (11th August 2020) on its own site giving my contact information by mobile and email before 5 pm. The site said that I would be contacted soon. Now, when it's 7:05 pm, any response was sent in order to give information. It's so simple as sending an email informing about if there are vacancies or not in a short time for possible customer not to wait too much time. This is a lack of professionalism from the lodging and made the experience of travellers unpleasant. Of course, it's a place to not consider to come back in a future visit...

We stayed one night in Pension Chalupka during the trip through Slovakia. It is the guesthouse from reconstructed village house with a garden behind with a view directly to the Spis castle. Our double bed room with washroom and toilet was nice and clean, bed comfortable. There is also common kitchen with a cooker, fridge and where you can prepare your tee, coffee or even some food.||Safe car parking is possible in front of the guesthouse or in the yard of the house. The owner is very friendly and helpful guy. He realy takes care...

Ahoj ! Dobry den! I stayed there one night with my husband. The room was nice and the owner very friendly and helpful... I like him very much :) I really love the view from our room it more nice at night when we look at the castle it is amazing, that night I was sleep early bcoz been on long trip and in mid of the night my husband wake me up and carry me for looking at the castle from the window hahaha I should stay there longer but we need to go back Nitra for dinner with family and prepare our wedding... |from Cambodia |Best...
