Wellness Hotel Rozsutec — Hotel in Terchová

We have visited this hotel twice (once we stayed for two nights two years ago and once we wanted to visit wellness centre). First time we were very kindly surprised: room was beautiful, food excellent, wellness perfect (even the view from big windows when we were swimming was very pleasant!). But what happened a year after? We wanted to come back, it was fully booked, ok, never mind, let´s go to the wellness centre and we were really disgusted! we arrived at three pm and the receptionist told us that we can stay in saunas untill 4 pm as we have a small child. Ok, I understand that adults would like to be without children but at 4pm ? !!! So, we went away and we have never came back. Last weekend we decided to go the wellness centre again (to give the second chance to the hotel as we were really satisfied the first time). I phoned there but the receptionist told me that they do not have any reservation system for wellness centre. What? And if I arrive and there and it will be full? I can only say nice words, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Very nice staff, proactive, always smiling. The food and service were perfect, however the breakfast (buffet table system) was rather simple in the Slovak way. One negative point was the air conditioning. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the entire building. We were there during a week with tropical weather and the hot weather was excruciating. Cooling the temperature in the rooms, even on the hot nights we had, would be an excellent move for guests. If any of the owners are reading this review, please think about it. It would definitely increase the quality of the hotel and our family would definitely like to come again. One more note on pricing.
