Hotel Nový Kaštieľ — Hotel in Tovarníky

We used the hotel while I was undergoing treatment at the clinic attached to the hotel. The check-in process was easy and an automatic check-in machine is available in the lobby. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of carparking in the rear of the hotel and it well laid out. The atmosphere is probably one of the most relaxed I have ever experienced while staying in a hotel. This shouldn't be misconstrued as being unprofessional, very much the opposite. We couldn't ask for more friendly and helpful staff. Simple things like saying good morning in English or a simple wave hello made all the difference to us. One area where the hotel excels is in cleanliness. My god the place was completely spotless. I don't know what you pay your cleaning staff but it isn't nearly enough! The continental breakfast did the job and for 8 euros who can really complain. There was no bar and I didn't see any spa or health facilities which was a pity because we absolutely would have used them most days. Very cozy, clean and stylish hotel. The rooms are super spacious, the bed is very big and comfortable (just bear in mind that you might get two beds put together disguised as a double), the parking space is very convenient, the service is excellent, but the best part is the delicious and fresh breakfast and the nice lady with the biggest smile that is there to assist you in case you might need something. Never again with kids. My 3 years old son and I stay in this hotel, because my son has medical treatment in clinic, located in the hotel. I received noise complaints about a child crying at night, but how do I tell my child to not cry during the night?
