Penzión Kormorán — Hotel in Trstená

I read a couple of opinions about this accommodation here in the TripAdvisor and it was chosen on the base of that. My couple and me had been a motorbike tour in the fabulous Tatra mountain. After some km passed we reached this pension. I have to mention to find that is not too easy because the final route is almost hidden. A drop side sign shows that is below the road towards to the lake. The check in was warm by Margaret who is the one of the owner. The room was big and clean enough. So the positives had been finalized here. We would like have dinner according to the restaurant pictures. The owners told me in this pension there is no possibility to have it cause not kitchen. It was very annoying to the bikers. We had to wear back again, and go away. It was solved it. After the dinner we returned to the pension. Went to the ""restaurant"" back and would like to had a beer to finish the daily tour. Everybody watched the TV and the second owner couldn't care about anybody. After the some of disappoints we went to the room to relax and sleep at about 9PM. There weren't hot water in the bath. I had to notice the reception man what the problem is who tried to solve the it (just note he knew it). Another thing ... fortunately there were 8C centigrade so we closed to the windows. In spite of this until next morning 4AM there were a very loud party. We had to hear "TUC TUC TUC". Just an inserting sentence... we went to the bench of the lake. It's narrow and dirty. The grill place is more dirty. One of the positive thing when we escape from this place at about 7AM we got hot breakfast before the time. I don't like to write so bad ones, but I have to share our opinions to everybody I don’t...

Overall probably the best possible accommodation in the area for the price. There were couple of things that were very good. We stayed in the apartment No. 9 with the kitchenette on the second floor: ||- space in the room ||- view from the room on the lake ||- good mattress on bed ||- nice family run business trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible ||- table tennis, table football, tennis area & place for grilling (all this for free at the time of our stay) ||- nice architecture of the house fitting into the scenery. It is visible that owners are trying to keep the place beautiful as possible||- cleanliness of the rooms||||Unfortunately there were also quite a few things, which could be improved for the future: ||- Noise from the other rooms: although we did not have a noisy neighbour (i.e. they were not shouting at each other), we were able to hear their conversations & what they were watching on TV. Bring earplugs if possible, you will be grateful for them :-) ||- The location is fine only if you have car. Without car you cannot do almost any sightseeing. Grocery stores, Train&Bus stations, landmarks (all except the Lake), basically everything is outside the walking distance. ||- The kitchenette in Room No.9 is very basic. There is almost no cutlery in the kitchenette in case you want to cook. If you want to cook, bring all the necessary dishes with yourself (even the stuff for the cleaning of dishes). ||- "only" queen size of the bed. If you prefer bigger bed, ask for...

Прекрасное место как для спокойного ночлега в дороге, так и для отдыха с семьей или вдвоем. Остановились по пути из Москвы в Болгарию на одну ночь, но проснувшись утром сразу решили, что было бы здорово задержаться тут и подольше, очень уж красиво было вокруг :) || Воздух чистейший, сосны, ели.. озеро невероятной красоты прям возле дома, но никаких комаров, однако! Очень комфортные номера, особенно за такие деньги. Остановились вчетвером в двухкомнатном номере с отличным ремонтом и ванной комнатой, завтрак был включен - и это все за 3800 за ночь! т.е. меньше чем по 1000 с человека.|| Так же были приятно удивлены гостеприимством хозяина, который наутро не просто на словах объяснил куда дальше ехать, но и распечатал цветную карту, расписал маршруты и отметил так же достопримечательности Словакии на нашем пути. Спасибо за теплый прием!|| Единственное затруднение в этом месте для нас - трудно было найти пансион в темноте, приехали ночью, спросить не у кого,навигатор тупил, а пансион находился не в самом Наместово, а немного за ним.
