Penzión Burra — Hotel in Vrútky

Horrible! "De-lux" room was outright broken, fridge (extra loud) froze our kids medicine on the first day, TV wasn't working, furniture long overdue. Complaining didn't work, they did not have the time to actually care (other events, then weekend),

Food was OK, but they refused to serve breakfast/dinner at all on the other day.

Making up excuses: "you are the only ones there", when asking about food, but "we are full, so we cant give you a TV from another room", ... At least agree on the same excuse...

Location: Great if you like the sound of passing busses , but at least the station was near.

There was no feedback form, and no compensation for the room price, even if they themselves admitted,...

Booked it for three days and due to a flight delay we were not able to reach the hotel at 22:00 and no one was available after that hour to help us with the check in, that was a major problem on our journey. On the good note, they did not charge us for the first night. Towels were not that clean and on top of that, on the last day a wedding took place on the ground floor and sleeping was almost impossible. English is not a language that they speak and communication is very difficult in general in Slovakia. Other than that, it is an ok hotel for...

Veľmi pekný penzión. Pekne zariadena izba-kupelka aj sprchovaci kút. Škoda, že matrac bol na mňa veľmi mäkký a teda som sa cítil, že sa prepadávam a teda som sa ani moc nevyspal. V piatok večer približne 22:20 som chcel ísť cez recepciu na izbu, ale bolo mi povedané nepríjemným tónom, že už majú zatvorené 20 minút a tak som povedal, že ja si nejdem nič objednávat iba chcem prejsť na izbu lebo tu bývam, tak mi bolo zase nepríjemne povedané, že musím íst cez reštauráciu. Nakoľko som si myslel, že už bude asi len jedna možnosť kadiaľ prejsť do budovy tak som sa vybral von. Prvé dvere omyl, druhé dvere omyl, tretie dvere omyl, štvrté dvere omyl, našťastie piate už omylom neboli. Neviem aký bol problém ma pustiť cez recepciu aj keď už mali hrozitánskych 20 minút zatvorené, však stačilo pootočiť kľúčikom a pustiť ma cez dvere keď bola recepčná na ubytovni. A keď vedela, že majú toľko dverí, ktoré vedú do penzionu aspoň mi mohla vysvetliť, že kadiaľ je to bližšie. Ráno som zase potreboval odísť pred 08:00, ale recepcia a otvarala až o 08:00 a tak som nemal kam dať kartičku od ubytka alebo som ju mal kam dať, ale nebolo mi nič vysvetlené. Neviem kam sa vytratila v dnešnej dobe ochota. Keby penzión mal ochotnejší personál, ktorý sám podáva informácie a je milší ku zakazníkom tak by som dal 4,75 hviezdičky, ale ochotny personál je cesta ku šťastou podľa mňa a ten mi tu chýbal.
