Peterc Vineyard Estate is a beautiful small boutique bed and breakfast in the hills of the Brda wine region. The views are spectacular and the owners Milena and Uros have created a very special place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the vineyards spanning for miles in the valley below the estate. The rooms are very clean and open up to a private terrace perfect for an evening glass of wine to watch the sun set. The food is very high quality and the breakfast is an experience with all the freshest food and sweets prepared in an exceptional presentation. Fantastic omelettes! Peterc Vineyard Estate offers nice morning walks and is close to some very nice restaurants around the area, some in Italy just a short drive away. The common area inside and outside is beautiful and quiet with expansive views toward The Adriatic Sea. Service is excellent and the hosts are always available to provide anything you may need or advice on day trips and wineries. I recommend that on your first day you arrange to dine in on the cold platter (cheese, meats, fruits - plenty of options) with a bottle of champagne. Beautifully prepared to enjoy on the terrace and just relax your first evening and experience the charm that this place delivers. Truly a five star boutique bed and breakfast. We loved it so much this is our second trip to Peterc. Thank you Uros and Milena for another wonderful...
Read morePeterc Vineyard Estate is exquisite. First, the setting. The view from the terrace is a sweeping vista filled with acres of vineyards, a number of church steeples, and, in the distance the Adriatic Sea. Second, the facilities - an equal measure of architectural beauty and absolute comfort, from the lovely public spaces to the luscious bedrooms with large baths and cozy beds. Third, and most important, Milena and Uros, the owners/managers, who were both born with gifts of hospitality and make everyone who enters a valued member of the Peterc community. Milena and Uros not only do everything they can to make you feel so welcome at the inn, but they also introduce you to the fascinating Brda region, it’s history, it’s winemakers, it’s sites, and the top restaurants and landmarks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them and were genuinely sad to say goodbye, feeling as though we were saying goodbye to new treasured friends. But I’m sure that our our first visit to Brda won’t be our last and we are already looking forward to experiencing their hospitality again. If you love amazing wine, innovative winemakers, incredible scenery, locally-sourced food, and sweeping vistas, you must consider visiting Brda. And, if you want the best of the best place to stay, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Peterc...
Read moreWow, what an incredible place. Milena and Uroš are brilliant hosts, so fun and friendly to chat to, going the extra mile to ensure we had an exceptional honeymoon stay. They honestly couldn't have done more to make our stay so special and such a highlight of our trip. There's a calm and warm ambience to the estate - views to die for, comfortable seating to enjoy their delicious wine, a great size pool with the same stunning view. It exudes good taste in the furnishings and decor. The breakfast has lots of delicious options and showcases local ingredients. You can even smell the fresh baking even the night before. We did an ebike tour and picnic as part of our stay and it was a brilliant way to see the full region and sample the wines. We chose Movia and Edi Simcic vineyards which were both exceptional. The picnic was setup below a beautiful cherry tree in a vineyard for us at sunset. A truly special experience. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the Gorsika Brda area. We've visited quite a lot of vineyards in famous regions - Stellenbosch, Mendoza, Yarra - but this is our...
