Food: The pizza is clearly home baked ... made by the house chefs recipe and not by Italian standards. Looking good, tasty, really big, ful od filling, baked in reasonable time, appropriately salty, served at right temperature; 7/10|Service (Petra): We waited for the waitress a little bit too long. She was not really polite, used informal form od communication, smiling (but not up to the expected standards), attentive, friendly, correct use of the most up to date glasses (the estate is less than a mile from brewery, that celebrates 200y since est. this year), waitress offered an interesting polish made ketchup and original Tabasco sauce, she was dressed in sponsored (Laško brewery) clothes, clean cutlery, she offered additional drinks, the beer was perfectly drought, fresh, clear ... and (you wont believe it) for only 2,6E for 0,5 L) /// the estate was empty at the time of our dinner, so they had an opportunity to put their best foot forward: 6/10|Ambient: A little bit remote from main road, a lot of parking spaces (although only by the side if road), no unpleasent smeels, no music, out-dated menu, clean and stable tables, the venue is sitated in nature with a big, well kept garden, inviting for summer evenings and for fomilies with children; 9/10|General appearance: The estate enjoys quite a shady public oppinion, but we were very well satisfied, would recommend. Estate has a really nice ambient, and after consideration it has really good price quality performance. Don't expect that everything will be perfect ... and it won"t be (especially the service) But after looking at the bill and our out satisfaction ... we were really pleased by experiance. Will surely come back ... not for business lunch or dinner, but for the gathering of old friends or filling an empty stomach surely; they should upgrade some pin point things (especially teach their waitress to use more official language), and everything would become perfect with not a lot of...

It looked like as if the restaurant decided to extend their offers to accommodations. We stayed in a modest furnished room with the TV screen upon the wardrobe. Satellite TV was receivable but with a noisy chatter. The bedside lghts needed to plug in after we having found the hidden sockets.||||The bathroom-door could not be opened fully because it could not pass the sink. Shampoo was offered but no soap.||||The breakfast selection was great, particularly on regard to be the sole guests, and we were asked which kind of egg dish we would like.||||If you decide to have dinner there, which I could recommend highly, you spare the way back to your hotel and can enjoy also...

It's my first time in this inn, that is, a hotel. I came to Slovenia on business. I heard from stories that this inn used to be a castle and that the family converted it into a hotel. Beautiful indeed. The only drawback I found is that you can't light a cigarette in the room, otherwise everything else is second to none. The hotel workers are wonderful and very friendly. Prices are low. For example, for the sake of comparison, coffee is one euro, beer is two euros. The rooms are very neat. I also noticed that the children were playing, it seems to me on a slide or something. A beautiful vacation...
