Vila Aina — Hotel in Laško

They lied about my dog they made up that he scratched corner of old furniture which was not true and also some other thing on the couch which was easy to be fixed they wanted to steal 150 euros for this also they xould tell me this before I stayed there long enough but instead they staged the showtime so they can rip me off but I did not let them. Cleaning lady there is pure evil, for 100 euros per night I ended up buying my own dishwasher soap garbage bags and cleaning paper because every time I asked for it it was huge issue she pretended she did not hear it, huge abuse there, cleaning lady was always talking bad things in Ukraininan about my dog right in front of me bashing him just because he is young so friendly and wanted to come closer to her so I always held him so he does not greet and jump on her despite this my dogwas for a strange reason huge problem for her. They smile to your face behind your back talking bad stuff about customer, unhealthy environment and serious abuse, yes they treat people wrong like garbage. INESS OVERCHARGED ME ON LAST NIGHT 125 EUROS WHILE ON RECEIPT WAS CORRECT PRICE 102 BUT MY CARD WAS CHARGED 125 WHILE SHE WAS SMILING TO MY FACE, SICK. ALSO, THERE IS MANAGER YOU NEVER SEE AND EVERYTHING IS RUNNED BY INESS BUT ONE MUST SAY OH YES I SPOKE TO MANAGER EVENTHOUGH I NEVER SAW...

Lovely large apartment with balcony and nice views.|Friendly lady on reception helped us book in and with any queries|Nice location in the middle of hills (there is a road out the front but it isn't noisy) - check beforehand for any walks you can do|25 minute walk to Laško where there is the train station and a big Spar if you need to buy groceries for the well equipped kitchen|Bookable VIP spa room to yourselves for 2 hours was great, including fruit to nibble and a cocktail (make sure you book in advance as we ending up booking for 3pm which wasn't as romantic as going in the evening). We didn't have a massage as we hadn't booked but I liked that there was the option.|Continental buffet breakfast was very nice||View things to note:|The aircon wasn't working but it turned out we needed to ask at reception for the remote control, then it was fine!|Be aware there's no restaurant at the hotel.
