Hotel Diana — Hotel in Murska Sobota

The hotel is so old and tired. I've stayed in some old school hotels but the difference here is that this hotel is really badly maintained. Stains everywhere, awful carpet running through the hotel. Small pool. The balcony didnt seem like it was cleaned in ages. I was grossed out to even sit in the itchy chair in the room. The sheet and pillows were marginally better. Not by much though. The breakfast is minimal as well as dinner but the dinner didnt taste bad.|The redeeming factors of the hotel is the location which is in the middle of the city centre and the little cafe. The cafe had an amazing selection of cakes and the waitress was really nice.|With a little work the hotel could be really nice. I hope the managment takes it into consideration before...

The location of the hotel is great, but the hotel is in a bad condition and urgent renovation. There is no refrigerator in the room. The saunas are great, but they do not offer tea and other things that would be nice to offer. The staff is great and I believe that it is loaded with other parts, like just a receptor. The Vip Sauna is not private it is divided only with a string. I recommend the arranger because the decoration is in style of the eighties. Breakfast is ok, dinner...

The hotel is in very bad shape. In room there were unplugged sockets, some plaster was falling off, the wall was in some places damaged and very dirty. In bathroom the bath was dirty, so was the sink and the toilet, there was also mold on the wall. Most disappointed thing was the swimming pool. We didn't even swim in it, because it smels like urine. Anyway, the staff were pretty nice and the food...
