Florjančkov Hram — Hotel in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel, the staff is extremely kind and available. The room exceeded our expectations, it's very roomy and super clean. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was just right, maybe a bit too warm, but that's ok, since we were afraid of sleeping in the cold. I appreciated the environmental commitment of the heating/AC system, which switches off when the balcony door is opened. We were pleased also of the balcony, quite roomy and from which a wonderful sunrise could be seen. The breakfast was included in the priceand was very abundant, we appreciated a lot that the staff offered to prepare on the spot scrambled eggs, omelettes, crepes, pancakes. Our experience with this hotel has been wonderful, especially with the staff, always ready to help. They speak fluent English. They even lent us a public transport card to use the buses in the city! The hotel is situated a bit far from the centre of the city but no worries, with the bus in 18 minutes you're there, and the stops are right in front of the hotel....

The staff at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast was good. The room's floor was not clean at check in, but the room was cleaned properly during the stay. The location is not good for children, because it is not safe to walk on the streets around the hotel. This is because the sidewalks are used by fast bicycles and even motor cycles, which is a thing in Slovenia. The most disappointing part of the stay was eating lunch at the restaurant, as on both occasions they were out of multiple items listed on the menu. This resulted in ordering second or third options, and not particularly enjoying either lunch. Stayed at this exceptional with several friends for 8 days, the hotel is very nice, clean with amazing hotel staff running it ! The rooms are very clean and being cleaned every day, breakfast is wonderful - especially the hot chocolate and the chocolate wrap in the morning but they also serve your choice of eggs and more For several days we were late for breakfast due to morning photography but the staff were so kind to keep a room for us and welcome us with a full breakfast although the kitchen changed already to serve lunch I would definitely come back to this worm...
