G Design Hotel — Hotel in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

I recently stayed at Hotel G Design and had an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations in several key areas.

The hotel maintains impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the property. Every area I encountered, from the lobby to my room, was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment.

The front desk receptionist was exceptionally kind and professional, providing warm and attentive service that made check-in seamless and welcoming. Their friendly demeanor and helpfulness truly enhanced the overall stay experience.

Parking convenience was another major plus - the hotel provides dedicated parking slots for guests, which is incredibly valuable and eliminates the stress of finding street parking or paying expensive garage fees.

We had decided to stay in this hotel for 3 days as we had seen reviews saying that it was very nice and quiet. To be honest, I was not disappointed! The hotel was very clean and it was on the way to the city of Ljubljana. We also had a car so the free parking was a huge plus for us. But what I really loved the most about this hotel was the TV! Most of the channels were in English (which I loved since in Italy the only channels we get are in Italian) and they had all sorts of channels such as E! News, Disney, TLC, National Geographic and more! (I even extended our stay by one more day just to watch Kardashians at night hehe) Only thing I didn't really like was that the door to the bathroom was see through so if you are staying with someone you aren't comfortable accidentally seeing you naked then prepare to have it be awkward for the rest of your trip. Ended up staying here with my girlfriend as we were passing through on a long drive from Dubrovnik. Conveniently placed just off a motorway exit to Ljubljana. We arrived fairly late around 23:00 but the lady at reception was more than helpful and checked us in promptly. The free parking out front was an added bonus |Well designed rooms and spacious open bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed so no complaints there. General facilities were rather bare and no hot options were offered at breakfast.|Only thing that was bit of let down was there was no hotel bar! After a long drive a nice beer and a place to kick back would have done the trick. The lady at reception was nice enough to point us in the direction of bar across the road and we enjoyed our night before coming back to a relaxing sleep. |Checking out I believe we were talking to the owner who was very friendly and offered us take away coffees to take in the car as he knew we had long journey ahead.
