Oxford Lodge — Hotel in Abaqulusi Local Municipality

I would not recommend this establishment to any traveller, as whilst I haven't actually stayed there- I have filled out our requirements as a family of four with two kids. We received an email giving us two options - the family room or a delux room. Amanda replied to our emails and said the following: 'Hallo Stanique We cannot give them the deluxe room! It is uneceptable  to use the delux  room for this purpose! Rather give the family room plus a single room in the house. You have to get permission for such a decision! Let us know what was this guest’s feedback'. I stayed in this tastefully adorned place whilst on work assignment from Sunday to Friday. What a blissful place! The hospitality extended was genuine, complemented by care and concern of their friendly staff. Personal interactions with an eager manager (during breakfasts) ever willing to do whatever the guest requires to enhance the enjoyment of their stay was truly wonderful. We were on holiday from Ireland. We were on route from Ballito to Kruger. We were tired and it was getting late for our kids. We found the Oxford Lodge by accident.
