Lambert's Bay Hotel — Hotel in Cederberg Local Municipality

I recently stayed at Lambert’s Bay Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. While the hotel itself offers a decent location with scenic views and spacious rooms, my stay was severely impacted by noise. I was kept up all night by a group of other guests from Namakwa sands who were partying in their rooms and in the common areas, with little to no intervention from hotel staff. Despite several attempts to get some rest, the noise persisted until the early hours of the morning, which significantly affected my overall experience.

It’s disappointing that the hotel did not manage the situation better, as it completely overshadowed the otherwise pleasant aspects of my stay. The staff could have been more proactive in ensuring guests were respectful of others, especially in a quiet environment like this one.

I hope the hotel takes steps to improve noise control, as it has potential to be a great stay if they can address these concerns. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful...

Beautiful,old style hotel which blend in with the harbour. And it just makes sense.

Excellent front desk service and makes you feel welcome immediately. It was a nice surprise when opened up our room and saw a huge package with nice eatables in it. It was my birthday and my lovely girlfriend organised it. It was a scramble by reception to sort out the eatables. Thank you very much for making our stay comfortable. We had no issues.

A Buffet Breakfast every morning and I was stacked and ready for the day. Thank you kitchen staff for your excellent serving.

What a lovely hotel. Looks asif there was a lot of upgrading done here. Lovely big rooms/bathrooms. Family rooms. Honeymoon suite. Child friendly. Pet friendly. Old world charm. If you want to stay in an ultra modern hotel, go somewhere else, because theres a reason this hotel is popular with families. Lovely swimmingpool and outside patio area with bar for lazy afternoons with an ice cold gin and tonic. Wheelchair friendly parking, corridors and rooms.
