Edenville Guesthouse — Hotel in Ditsobotla Local Municipality

Weekend of 31/05/2025 After reviewing / rate the guesthouse the owner called me like yesterday 05/06/2025 and asked me why I rated them 5/10 which they don't deserve and I explained my reasons he was very unprofessional / rude over the phone. His call was not about the findings but to let me know what he is thinking and he kept on screaming over the phone until I hang up the call. I'm very disappointed as it was my second time staying at the guesthouse and it was more terrible the first time as the was no running water for bath/toilet and no one to assist us. Why should I book for the night where I'm unable to bath after the night where I should have just slept inside my car and just went to the garage bathroom and cleaned myself. Edenville guesthouse is one of the beautiful and nice guest house in Lichtenburg, I booked to stay there the 30 January 2021, the treatments from management and staff is a number one. I booked one of their standard rooms and the setup in the room is more then what I call a standard room. It was a 5star standard. I recommend Edenville guesthouse to every guest who want accommodation in Lichtenburg. They will make you feel like you feel like you are at home. Beautiful and quiet environment for a long stay. Getting to the shops like spar, tops and shoprite is just a minute walk.
