The host knows how to treat guests and the staff is also good in customer care. The place is fair and has such s nice big bathroom. The guesthouse can be better if the following are attended to: The bed in the room named Santa Maria, is old and soo uncomfortable. It shakes just by sitting on it and every shift or turn, the bed feels like will break into pieces. The wall wardrobe is old and the dividing boards inside are dirty with stains. Wall inside is dirty and looks untidy. Cleaning and painting can do. The wall around and behind yhe door is dirty at the bottom. There is an outside light that is kept on the whole night from across the pool that shines straight into the rooms. That is so uncomfortable to sleep with such a bright ligjt coming through. If you prefer that lighting at night, then invest in heavy thicker curtains to block it out. The gate is working mannually and remotes not working. As a result some visitors...

Accommodation in Globlersdal is scarce so there is need to book in time. Unfortunately on my side it was not the case as I had to realise that it was the only better town to spend the night. I phoned the guest house and was initially told that the place was fully booked. I got another call aftre few minutes from the quest lodge and was told that someone had canceled. The rooms are big and spacious. Clean and comfortable. Rooms are fully equipped. The staff needs customer service training so that they can understand the urgency of dealing with complaints like when there wasn't hot water from the taps, the owner is very friendly but the cook does not seem to carry out those same values.
