Their place is nice but the Management is not hospitable at all. Our team was meant to stay longer but we had to leave due to their lack of hospitality and unending meetings which they called us for which included phrases like, "you are not paying for the kitchen but the rooms", "we are doing you guys a favour by letting you use our kitchen" yet their rooms had no bar fridges or microwaves, those were in their kitchen. We were further told that we are not allowed to even eat in their premises because ,"they are not self catering ". So before going back, we should be full basically. I do not recommend them. Simple thing as toilet paper, they'd put one in a room for the week and you'd have to ask once it gets finished, there was no daily replacing. Even a shower cap, imagine, a shower cap, you get one, on the Monday when you check in and never again. Sometimes they didn't fill the coffee and tea sachets. I stayed there from 3rd week September 2021 till 29 October 2021 during the weekdays. I DO NOT...

Great place. Staff needs to on board guest especially if it's their first time visitoring the premises. Wasn't happy with caretaking or cleaning staff work. On my 1st day inspecting the room, there were condom papers and tissues. Trash at back of bar fridge. It looked neat in the naked eye but improperly cleaned. I doubt if they even mop the floor after each and every visitor. The establishment is beautiful and safe ❤️. Service can be improved. On day 1 I left early without breakfast, no one bothered to check or ask if it can be stored on my room until return. The staff and the management have issues, you won't know who is who, you book with receptionist, when you get there, you argue with lots of people, the owner, receptionist and co-owner In short is disaster to book your accommodation there, for the sake of peace book...
