We where very unhappy. We booked a pet friendly unit. This was seperate from tne main guesthouse. Everything looked wonderful on the website as the advertised wi-fi, secure parking, swimming pools and luscious green gardens. We booked a whole week in advance. When we arrived we found tne unit wasnt cleaned properly, it was in a complex on the other side of town and not the same area as advirtised on the website. The main gate of the complex was broken and we couldn't park our car in the garage. We asked about armed response and they just said they don't have. We didnt have enough hotwater for 2 people to shower, there was no dstv, no Wi-Fi and no laundry facilities or luscious green gardens as advertised on the website. I booked 4 of my staff members into Lion Den Guest House in Witbank and when they arrived they were told to go to another guest house call Fountain Guest House On arrival Jenny made them pay prior to them viewing the rooms. After they paid they saw the rooms and were not happy as they are grown men and the beds are very small and close to each other. They then told Jenny that they are not happy and requested a refund which she said she can not pay into his personal account but will pay it into our company account. I contracted Lions Den (Eljonette) where I booked and they are now refusing to refund us. They owe us R8 000.00 and I would not recommend any one to do...
